But then the representative (a mom, there with her gymnast daughter) and I talked about the challenges a 68 year old faces when trying to stay in his home. The plumbing I can't do because I'm not flexy enough to work under the sink. The rotted exterior wood that should be replaced by a better carpenter than me. The electrical work I'm not qualified to try in the first place. The rep convinced me that Ace Handyman can help. I'm gonna give 'em a try.
