I don't have definitive proof yet that it was these guys, but the police are working on it. In addition, they will not take a check and we're pushing me to use third party money apps to pay them. Communication with them was terrible it took days to get a response even after I gave them a down payment and even when they were on site none of them spoke English which made things difficult. I really should not have hired these guys. I would avoid if possible.

Gus from Big Rapids Roofing came out and gave a much better price than other bids I got, plus his company uses the brand shingle and holds the certification I wanted. I was delayed until into December from starting by my chimney build, but as soon as my chimney was finished Big Rapids Roofing was able to start. They had to blow snow off the roof in order to work. Their crew did an excellent job, worked from daybreak on into dark. Their clean up was pristine. Because of the winter weather, their equipment left some tracks in the yard, and they made every effort to remedy this by sending a guy with several bags of dirt and grass seed to repair the yard. I didn't press for this, they did it because they were responsible.
