We are very pleased with the product and installation.

He said the windows would arrive in approximately 17 - 24 days. The windows arrived in 24 business days & installed the following day(s). I say installed the following days because unfortunately our condo was built 50 yrs ago & the old windows were very hard to remove. So, what should have only taken 1 day took 3. Even with that we're SO please with the outcome. They look great! Dave, the installer, did an exceptional job! He was polite & professional. We're so impressed definitely recommend this company.

The product was a powered awning, 20 feet in length and had to be lifted four floors by crane. Installation had some snags that were not the fault of AWS, but a result of odd construction at our townhome. Terry worked hard to create a one of a kind workaround that looked better than our original plans. Terry worked to train us and provide quick responses when we had follow up questions. The product is amazing and has a huge warranty and is extremely well-built. I would highly recommend AWS!

They prepared a day ahead of time and started right at 7:30 am as we planned. They worked a full and busy 12 hour day and got our condo done by 1:00 the next day. The team worked like clockwork together. Everyone had a job and they really did a professional job. When my 97 year-old Dad needed to leave for a dental appointment three of the men saw him and instantly cleared a path so he could get through to the car using his walker. They were respectful and friendly. I am so glad the Condo Association chose them. The condos look beautiful and everything has been cleaned up as if they'd never been there! Adam Schmits, the project manager, answered all our questions without batting an eye. He knows his stuff! Great crew!
