The batteries were dead from sitting so long, jump starting wasn't working, so I had to leave to get a new battery, and told Adam what I was doing, instead of offering to help with a jump, he tells me they close at 4pm, and they lock the gate at that time. That only left me with 40 minutes to get a battery and get it put in. I got back, and Adam again stresses how they have to be out at 4pm. Makes me beg and plead for a few extra minutes to try and get this truck started to avoid a $500 tow bill. This guy is a super douche. No communication for weeks! Then hassles me over a couple minutes! I was out the gate by 4:02. Wish I could go back in time to avoid this jerk. He may be a good mechanic, but is not a good businessman. To busy to extend even a little common courtesy. Avoid this place.
