There are large tables for groups to come together socially or for business. They offer free Wi-Fi. The seating in the back is very private. They played relaxing and calming music that was a pleasure to listen to while drinking delicious coffee and sitting in comfort. Hannah was our barista, and she was lovely! She is a kind and friendly person who took the time to explain how to make reservations for the Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony that can be scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays. The Yirgacheffe coffee was incredible, so smooth! It is from Ethiopia--the birthplace of coffee. The food menu is vegetarian (no meat served) The noise level was perfect, indoor seating is plentiful (no outdoor seating), and parking is plentiful in the lot in front. In the restroom, the toilet was a bidet. I wish the menu were in a larger font to make it easier to read. I feel coffee shops in general need ample storage to keep supplies and clutter out of sight of customers.

I had a chicken panini and it was delicious. There was only one person working for a lot of customers so the wait time was more than expected, but for me it was worth the wait.

Incredible! I will totally have to go here again…read more I went here specifically for Mile High Asian Food Week. I got the Tokyo Fog-their take on a London Fog. It's Oolong Tea, Earl Grey Syrup, and a Matcha Foam on top. Holy cow. One of the best drinks I've ever had. It should be noted that I have never really been a huge fan of matcha. However, this drink may have converted me. I will be back again, mark my words. Lol. I also got a Pandan Coconut scone as well. It was huge but went really nicely with my drink. Definitely want to try their Ube scone next time. I got here right at 7 AM, when they open. Parking was easy and the shop was very clean. There aren't a ton of spots to sit down for large groups, but lots for pairs, so I'm not sure I would necessarily count on sitting down here. Its aesthetic in general, is simple and clean. Finally, service was very kind and did an amazing job at making my drink.

We chose to "sip in" thus our bevvies were served in real coffee mugs, but to go cups are of course available. We both chose seasonal lattes- Wifey had the Chestnut Cardamom and I had the Bourbon Bells; both were fantastic! Latte art, perfect foam to milk ratio and a harmonized blend of flavors. They offer a variety of milk alternatives, including pistachio milk which I haven't see offered anywhere else. It appears they are masters of matcha and offer quite a variation of this; I've never been a big fan of matcha but I imagine if that's your jam you would want to explore their intriguing offerings such as the Blueberry Lavender Matcha. Bonus: Local Beans available for sale supporting local roasters Servant and Sweet Bloom. Highly recommend!

They had Bánh mi sandwiches , bowls, sweets, coffee drinks, wonderful almond croissants. We had all of the above :) It's a small area with about 4-5 tables but a nice and comfortable. This should be on repeat!!…read more The Banh Mi sandwiches are delicious but the sweets are the real gem here. Park in the back to avoid the hassle of colfax. It's easy to get distracted by all of the dessert options in the bakery case. Pastries. Cakes. Cream. Fruit. It's all here in combinations that will make you say, OMG. We had a Pain au chocolate, ube black sesame cake, egg nog and ginger cake and passion fruit cake. All were fantastic and unique in flavor. We had all the coffees but the ube foam makes for a whole new experience. The chicken banh mi Sammie's heated are so good. Love the pickled onions and aoli on a homemade baguette. It's hard not to eat the entire thing. We went a bit crazy and spent $70 but it was worth every penny. Seating is limited. Four tables and some small spaces for individual dining. Service directed to one customer at a time so you have to be patient. Huge bakery space which tells me the bake and sell to commercial customers.

I told him "no thanks, just the two shots and a cup of ice on the side." The worker was insanely rude over giving me a cup of ice. He clarified that this isn't a real Starbucks and he can't just give me a cup of ice because I need to purchase an actual drink for me to advertise the cup. Understandable, but there was also no need to yell at me asking for a cup of ice. Sounds like he deals with a lot of people who confuse this cafe with a real Starbucks. I then told him I didn't want the cup of ice anymore, just the doppio espresso. He then showed me the cup with the logo like I was stupid explaining the same thing and then angrily told me, "how do you want me to order this?" I told him, "I just want a double shot of espresso." I explained that I originally wanted a cup of ice to add it to my own drink. So instead of giving me a cup of ice, he took my cup and filled it with ice. Coming from someone who does work at a real Starbucks, we're not allowed to take half drank personal cups to fill with ice because it's considered unsanitary. We give away cups of ice for free all the time with the logo, so either this cafe has ridiculous rules, he didn't want to waste a cup, and/or this guy just hates his job. Customer service was terrible. I am all for supporting small businesses, but you're better off going to the real Starbucks across the street.
