The wine list and top-shelf liquor options are the best you're likely to find in town. For dessert, both the creme brûlée and sticky toffee pudding (my personal favorite) are excellent. One additional tip: there is a dress code, so guys are generally expected to wear a jacket, ladies to adopt "business formal" (not casual), and everyone should avoid jeans.
