When I received this salad, it was a piece of artwork: heirloom tomatoes, beautiful roasted peaches, macadamia nuts, fresh corn, and shashito peppers. This dish was exquisite and hit all the notes I was hoping for: sweet, savory, fresh, and the crunch of the fresh corn and macademia nuts was genius! I then opted for their smashburger with a side of fries. I know what you're thinking "A burger is a burger, right?!?" No. No a burger is not just a burger. I'm not a huge fan of huge burger patties. I feel like it takes away from the dish. When my burger arrived, I was excited to dig in. The smash burger had two thin patties, velvety cheese, dijon mustard, and pickles. I cut my burger into quarters. My first bite was delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, the bread was soft, and the pickles were crisp. This may have been the best smash burger I've had ever.
