Sunny and his pharmacists and staff are incredible human beings who are compassionate, kind,…read moreefficient, and tremendously knowledgeable. I have had the pleasure of using them as my family's trusted pharmacist as a child for my grandparents and parents (when Metropharm was on Baxter Street), and now my husband and children (forced to move to Walker Street, still conveniently next to Charles B. Wang). During busy rush hours there may be a bit of a wait but that is expected, and worth it. The staff is hardworking and made it through NYC blackouts, 9/11, AND the toughest COVID years. If a prescription is not covered, they take the time to call the doctor back to seek alternatives. They know every doctor up and down the whole Manhattan island. If a prior-authorization is required, he assigns the staff to stay on the phone until an associate okays the script. No work and no stress on your end as the patient. There are also drugs that are hard to find, and Sunny has them, or he will immediately order it to arrive within 24hrs. I've also witnessed many, many repeat customers/patients who are friendly with the staff which speaks volumes to how caring they are with each and everyone alike. The store is bright, clean, and tidy, and there is ample selection as well as good prices compared to surrounding pharmacies in Chinatown. Hands down the only pharmacy I'll go to. I wish the wonderful people here all the best wherever they may go!

I went to the pharmacy and explained to her how I think the meds is making sick, she lied to me and said the meds were the generic brand. I would have believed her,but the more she talked the more she sound stupid. She wouldn't give me the pills back, However, I took some of the pills out. I took it to another pharmacy and they told me what the pill was. I also google it and it said the same thing what the pharmacist said. We are human and we make mistakes, but to lie in my face, even after I told her I was feeling sick. I would had except it if she would have said how many pills did you take, how are you feeling, maybe you should go see your doctor. She just lied to get out of trouble however she was caught. I did call my lawyer and I called the New York State pharmacy to make a complaint. Will keep you all updated! Oh I had to give them a star to post, otherwise they wouldn't get a star from me!
