I asked to exchange them or get a refund and the cash register told me no. She told me to go back to where I originally got them from due to different inventory sizing. Only problem is it took some time to get them to let me use their bathroom as other Walgreens always do . I don't live in the neighborhood, but I like this pharmacy so much that I drive over 30 -45 minutes to get there and need to use a rest room before getting a vaccine and driving home (I'm old) .I also have a medical card saying that I may require the use of a bathroom .

This Walgreens has evolved from "abandon all hope" to "merely character-building." The pharmacy…read morequeue that once rivaled DMV wait times now clocks in at a comparatively breezy 15-20 minutes--progress worth celebrating. Phone calls, however, remain an endurance sport: expect 30-90 minutes of hold music that could qualify as psychological warfare. Electronic prescriptions dance to their own timeline: in-stock medications typically materialize overnight, while special orders require 2-5 days plus strategic follow-up calls (persistence is a virtue here). The store itself maintains reasonable order despite being perpetually outnumbered--imagine a chess match where pawns face an army of queens. Most inventory lives behind plexiglass barriers, a pragmatic response to our times that I can't fault. Weekend checkout lines occasionally snake through the aisles like a retail conga line, but the front-end staff remain remarkably pleasant despite their Sisyphean task. They're clearly doing their best with limited resources, transforming what could be pharmaceutical purgatory into something merely... challenging. Three stars for effort and improvement--Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is optimal pharmacy workflow.

This used to be my primary location to purchase Entemanns cakes. Obviously this is many years back,…read moreas they really stopped selling cakes over ten years ago. However, this location used to have a huge display almost as soon as you walked through the door. Anywho, they have made many changes to the store since 2005, but the most glaring one is, they only have 1-2 cashiers. They completed abandoned the registers that are in the middle of the store, they don't have employees walking the aisles, and overall, I don't know why they have such a large location if they don't plan on utilizing and/or staffing it appropriately. I usually only come here to buy cold drinks and cashews. The employees, albeit minimal, are pleasant, but make sure to pack some extra time when coming here- it's often a long wait, at the check out line.

This is NOT a commentary on the employees who work in the pharmacy - they are kind, hard-working, and doing their best to manage stressful and inadequate working conditions. The pharmacy and entire store are sorely understaffed and I dread every trip here. Medications are never processed in a timely fashion or processed when sent by a doctor. Long wait times and unhappy customers are a usual part of the scenery here. Corporate Walgreens needs to do better by their customers and staff and properly staff this pharmacy!
