CustomRx has been my pharmacy for the last few years…read more Speaking as a former CVS customer, I can truly appreciate the high quality of service I receive at CustomRX. CustomRX clearly holds itself to a higher standard Being that the pharmacy is heavily staffed, scripts are filled out without delay. Long wait times on line are avoided. The pharmacists are exceptional. They are knowledgeable, approachable, caring and accommodating. Whenever I needed to call to speak with a pharmacist, I was connected with one shortly. No hour waiting on hold which was all too common at my former pharmacy. CustomRX not only carries the typical pharmacy merchandise but much more, including high quality natural and organic products not easily found elsewhere. Everything at the pharmacy is reasonably priced. No price gouging like I found at CVS. Being that the pharmacy is well organized, and well stocked, it is not difficult to find all that you may need but whenever I needed assistance finding something, store staff made themselves available and were eager to help I can not recommend CustomRX enough. I only wish I found it sooner.

There is a reason I do not go to "Big Corporate Pharmacies". First off, they have no clue who you are. That aside, this is so much more than a "Family Business" Ed is a "Healthcare Provider", a friend and most important, he truly cares about his customers as if they were family! You will never find this type of relationship in a "CVS" or a Duane Reade" EVER! I'm the one who is truly blessed to have such an amazing person on my side when things get bad! I can not say enough about how truly wonderful everyone is at this business. Highly recommend!!!

Tip: The selection is good but if you don't see something you want, just ask one of the techs if they can order it for you from one of their suppliers. In addition they will price check for a better value for you if you ask. Not many pharmacies still do this today it's practically unheard of. And for this I am extremely grateful. Dealing with Joe, Jenna or Diana is always a dream, they are friendly, kind, empathetic and care about presentation and detail. Alexis has been there for years (perhaps the longest other than Eddie the Pharmacist and owner of this small family owned business) and so has lots of experience under her belt, she knows the ins and outs of the place. They also deliver which is a rare service for many pharmacies these days, so this was invaluable when I was sick and not able to get out of the house. They spend many many hours making sure ppl get their medications and understand them and even deal with the labyrinth of insurance and will call you back within a day and take the time to explain things to you. Eddie has helped me immensely throughout the years as he truly cares about his customers and the community. I could go on and on. It's a little place with a small staff and so eventually you get to know everyone there. And again these days that is so rare. I have no connection to this pharmacy other than being a long standing customer. And I was just moved to write a review because it is just human nature that ppl are quick to make their complaints known, but get too busy to drop in and leave compliments. I am guilty of this too. So today, here I am. A very unique place. A small business that deserves your support. Highly recommend.
