The worst we've ever had even owning 5 previous dogs getting groomed. My wife's client recommened this place and we can't thank her enough. Julianna was remarkable, nice & so sweet to our mostly blind and fully deaf dog. The grooming was so cute & exactly what we asked for. We also spoke to another groomer working that day, Theresa, and she was very caring and good at grooming the dog she had. We went into their pet sitting part of the store and asked many questions about it and the guy was patient and good at answering all our questions. We'll try it whenever needed. I was coming in to return some cat food I had just bought, as my sweet kitty Tofu passed away over the weekend. I was having a horrible day and Talia made my experience so easy- she was so helpful in returning my items and also talked with me about my cat. I showed her pictures of Tofu and it felt so good to be able to talk about him and share funny stories. The compassion she showed me and the genuine concern is something I won't forget. It's clear this Petsmart employs people who actually care about animals and I'm so grateful she was there the day I decided to come in. Thank you Talia and the whole team at PetSmart.

I went in the dog washes area it was dirty. Both dog washes were out of shampoos and conditioner.i had my dog wet in the tub cold while we fetched an employee to come in. She opened up the box and confirmed everything was out. She went away to grab the supplies and refilled. The self serve dog wash at petco was supposed to be a convenient place with all supplies provided, and a clean area. It was the complete opposite. I do not recommend. Area is neglected and not kept up. I wish I would have taken pictures for this review.

Ed (or Eddie) helped me with my return quickly and graciously, even without tags or a receipt. When I went to look at collars, another employee (whose name I sadly missed) kindly pointed out that the ones I had chosen might be too big for my Frenchie. She took the time to explain how to check fit--making sure you can only slip two fingers under the collar so the dog can't wiggle out. Her expertise and kindness really stood out. At checkout, Marti helped me with my purchase. On my way up I accidentally knocked over a display, but she didn't hesitate to pick everything up and still treated me kindly and patiently. She even guided me through fixing my card in the reader when I inserted it wrong. Even though I was frazzled and in a rush, she treated me with the same professionalism and friendliness as the customer before me. I just want to say thank you to the whole team at this location. They are consistently hands-on, knowledgeable, and kind. Today was no exception--I left feeling truly grateful for the help and care they showed me. Hank and Honey love their new harnesses.

Our dog started 2 months ago and we will continue. He has changed so much, so well behaved, social skills, he has become another dog, super smart! Wednesday is his favorite day of the week as it is Tailwag day (Academy time)... next day he is so exhausted, but Fridays he think it is Tailwag day again, and starts crying and when the door opens he goes outside and want to go again! not happy when I just bring him for a car ride ! The staff even taught him how to swim -- now he's not afraid of the water and is completely pool safe. We've also boarded him overnight and while on vacation, and he's always come home happy and well cared for. It's truly the best place for him to burn off energy, stay happy, and have fun. We're so grateful for the care, attention, and joy they bring to his life. Highly recommend!
