Bridesmaid bouquet Lilys not open

My wedding was Thursday. Paid for certain things that I didn't receive. When I called about the fact my bridesmaids Lilys weren't open. 5 bridesmaid 4 Lilys each give or take and none of them open. When I talked to Shelly I asked her about it I said I know it says they need to be in water and sunlight and will start to open. She said for two days they've been in a hot room and did not open. So I'm like well after that point clearly they aren't going to open in time so why wouldn't you had found me ones that are open. Mind you I paid over 3 grand extra for everything. Was totaled 5 grand but I'll get to that in a second. She started giving me attitude, I had her on speaker in the car with all my bridesmaids. All of them heard her snarky attitude. She said nothing can be done. So I said again what are you gonna do if these don't open in an hour and a half when I walk down the aisle. All she said was refund my money. I had paid half my bill as deposit and was told I'd get what I wanted the pictures to be. Maybe a little less but nothing drastically less. So than no one decides to call me and tell me something I'm paying $1600 for was taken away. It was for foliage in the tent and I went in to pay my remaining balance of $2377 and get told my balance is $637. I go no my balance is 2377 she went to go double check and came back and than told me about the the new tent and how the foliage can't happen anymore and said the venue should had contacted me. And said they sent out emails to everyone. I brought up my email in front of her face and showed her I had no email explaining this from you. She blamed the venue. So I talked to the venue. Venue made a valid point in saying that this is not something they do it's through the contractor so they should had been the ones to contact you and the general manager I spoke too said that shelli tried blaming me. So also my aisle chairs. I was so suppose to have these beautiful aisle Chairs flower arrangements. I remember telling her a little less than what was the picture but not too much of a difference. I literally got not even a quarter of what it should had been. My ceremony arrangement piece was suppose to be this huge piece. Going from one side of gazebo to other while hanging down....I got a fricken corner piece. I am so angry with this company and their horrible customer service as well as just not giving me what they said they could do.

The absolute best customer service. I placed a online order for delivery for two separate days. I didn't realize my delivery was out of their range. I was notified immediately by Shelley that unfortunately the delivery address was not in the delivery range. She had already contacted another local florest that could complete my request. She told me I could get a refund or she could have the other merchant complete my order at a price she helped work out. My girlfriend loved the flowers. 5 stars!!!

Was contacted by a representative to inform me that they were going to pick-up the arrangement & switch out with a new arrangement. The representative didn't sound happy when she spoke to me & abruptly hung-up on me. Arrangements finally arrived & it doesn't even look like the original arrangement. The driver even made a comment about it not looking the same. Needless to say if I need a florist I will not be using them. I had hoped that would have made it right for me. Sad...

Ordered the "Be Happy Bouquet" today and it looks great! Thank you Shelly for being so accommodating and quick with the order for my boyfriend! He was pleasantly surprised! It was a spur of the moment idea to get the flowers and I was concerned he wouldn't get them the same day since he had the next day off, but they got the order to him pretty quickly!

He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother's Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.
