Been coming here for years! Perfect community dry cleaners! Fair prices and turnaround time. Will continue my business here!

Under new ownership! The new owners seem nice and friendly, I've had great service the last month or so. Lived in the community 23 years plus when I moved here it was owned by a husband and wife that took good care of me. They retired in a new guy bought the place, he was not customer friendly. Had a girl behind the counter, that was stealing from him an overcharging customers. Thankfully he's gone and the new owners seem great. I wish them well. Hope they are a success. read more

Confused by the low reviews. Owners really nice. Prices cheap and my shirt was finished ahead of schedule. 5 stars easily. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself. read more

The whole be back in 10 minutes sign is misleading...I waited..no one showed..it's inconvenient I'll go elsewhere read more

Community Dry Cleane - A sign that's not true - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Had dress pants hemmed, it took a week, when I picked them up the thread used for the hem was BLACK, the pants are not black they are teal. It looks very tacky, you can see the thread through the pants!. read more

Community Dry Cleane - Black thread used on a hem for teal pants!! - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Went in with a hooded sweater and asked for the pocket to be sown where it was coming apart. I showed him both spots and he tagged the top part. Apparently this is the ONLY place that will be serviced because the lack common sense. That or they thought I wanted the bottom part to be still torn. There is no way you could not tell that the bottom needed to be fixed. I can assure you this probably was a NOT IN MY TASKS. Then when I point it out he stated I only wanted the fixed and when I asked if I could leave it again he said "Oh maybe next time". Yea definitely won't be a next time and please do yourself a favor and don't EVER make a first time for you. Saw the low star rating but was just trying to take it to a local neighborhood spot. I was wrong and should have taken it to a more reputable spot where they take the time to understand one's needs. read more

Community Dry Cleane - Nice stitch job up top but apparently they only do half the job here. DO NOT COME HERE - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

DO NOT COME HERE! THE MANAGER AND STAFF RUINED A VERY EXPENSIVE COAT THAT I TOOK TO DRY CLEAN. The fact that they didn't even know the type of material they were dealing with and pressed it. Causing the color to fade and the material is stiff now. After speaking to the Manager (owner) he was yelling at me of what else I wanted him to do? At this point I am so upset, I asked for a refund and my jacket to be replaced. He laughed and mocked me that I could not even afford a jacket that much. I was so surprised by his response. When it clicked... This is unfortunately run by unprofessional staff and management. They ruined my son's jacket. I would not want anyone to go through that. SAFE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY DO NOT GO! DEFINITELY REPORTING TO THE BUSINESS BUREAU. read more

Thank you for getting my son's suit, shirt, and two pair of pants cleaned so quickly! My last minute request was granted! Mom saved! Couldn't be happier. Thank you thank you! read more

Community Dry Cleane - Tommy Hilfiger suit, shirt, extra pants cleaned overnight! - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This place sucks. I took my shirt in on Tuesday and I told them I need it back Wednesday because I needed my shirt on Thursday. The girl who works behind the counter said yes, we can have it ready for you. Then I get there on Wednesday to pick up my shirt it wasn't even there. I went back Thursday and my shirt still wasn't available. I'm so pissed off at them. I would never come back here again. Such incompetence staff. read more

I dropped off our down comforter and a few other times, I came back the day of pick up and they didn't have our comforter. Said since there was a stain on it they needed to send it out. They never contacted us to let us know it would be delayed. We were going out of town the next day and needed this blanket. I explained how I wanted a refund for the blanket since it wasn't ready at the time they said it would be and we would now have to wait another week and they would not refund. We won't be coming back here. read more

I loved this cleaners before. The old owners where nice and kind. The old tailor was awesome and the best. Now the cleaners has new owners who treat their customers really bad and obviously don't have a clue what tailoring is. I don't recommend this place any longer. If you want to be disrespected and not have next day service then this place is for you. As for me, I am in a quest to find another cleaners and a reputable tailor. read more

There prices are a bit more than most dry cleaners but the service is outstanding. Very personable service from the owners and staff. Prompt return of clothing. They will know your name after a few visits. The hours work great for those who don't work during the day and my uniforms and clothing always came back looking crisp. There were times they would hook me up; pressing my uniform for me that may not have needed dry cleaning for free or discounted. I had pants tailored there too. I only regret that I moved out of this neighborhood and am too far to use them anymore. The best I have experienced in Las Vegas, so far. read more

My review isn't about the quality of their work. Frankly it was always good. My review is about expectations and customer satisfaction. They had misplaced 2 of my slacks. Two months after the fact they had discovered my slacks. As a regular customer I had asked them for the courtesy of waiving my cleaning fee for my current order...$11.00. They refused...even though I had to go to Kohl's to replace one of the lost slacks. I guesstimate that I spend close to $200.00 annually in their store. I wasn't worth 11 bucks to them. I now go to another dry cleaners for my work garments. They may not be as convenient, they're a mile farther down East Charleston, but I believe in old fashioned customer service. If you make a mistake you own it and make right by it. Their loss. read more

the dry cleaning portion of this business is fine the prices are pretty decent to. what you need to watch out for is the alterations part, I just needed my husbands brand new Calvin Klein suit pants tailored. I didn't notice because we picked them up the day of the party but my husband later showed me and it looked horrible like I could have done a better job with my sewing machine. it looked awful and I still want to go back and show them but I don't have anything and it's been a few months. this seamstress couldn't even do a straight line I'm so pissed. read more

Great little community cleaners in this neighborhood. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. I always stop by here when visiting my parents. Although another user mentioned issues about their tailoring, I've never had an issue with any of my clothing. I highly recommend this place. :) read more

Well obviously I should have read the reviews BEFORE going to this dry cleaners! My daughter's prom dress was not only altered as requested but ALSO received a snag in the netting. The problem I have is the LACK OF honesty. They told me all the reasons why it was not them that caused the problem. My daughter hasn't even worn it except to have the length checked! DO NOT GO TO THEM!! They will NOT be honest OR do the responsible thing! The alteration price cost almost as much as the dress itself. I am furious!! read more

Great place for general cleaning and alterations. Friendly and prompt. Occasionally they have an issue creating pleats in garments in places pleats don't belong. And I can't recommend the place for neckties. Usually they don't come out much cleaner than when dropped off, and more than a couple of times I've gotten them back with worse stains than they had before. I've had to toss a couple of ties after picking them up. But if you've got shirts and dresses and coats and non-pleated pants, great place to take them! read more
