Bought a 2018 Forester from this group and within one week it was leaking oil from the CAM shafts, the battery died, the replaced hood shifted about an inch and it was burning coolant severely. Subaru quoted me 4.5K because the issue was blown head gaskets and battery replacement. I took it back to Denver Motors and they told me they "fixed" the gaskets but could not provide receipts of parts or show any proof of work done. This is when Moe admitted to not being a certified auto shop. The problem persisted obviously and Moe and the owners refused to take my call or reimburse me for the battery that I had to pay for. The car was STILL UNDER their measly 1K mile warranty and they were refusing to help. I was promised a simple phone call about a dozen times and never received it. They were rude, condescending, snake-like and an overall terrible business to work with. Please be cautious when considering buying from this group. Eventually, I ended up giving the broken Subaru to Toyota because the cost to fix the vehicle was going to be so high.

They have good honest workers and they are very honest about all their vehicles. Highly recommend these guys as we are in a time where used car sales are wild. They are fairly priced with top notch quality service and they are willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.

The issue caused significant damage and could have become a much larger safety concern. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and while there may be differing opinions about whether something like this could have been identified during the Blue Certified inspection, I appreciate that Freeway Ford took the time to review everything carefully and hear our concerns. What really stood out to me was how Freeway Ford handled the situation. Even though they weren't required to do so, they agreed to cover half of the repair costs as a gesture of goodwill. That willingness to work with us and help reach a fair resolution says a lot about how they value their customers. I especially want to recognize Dustin, our sales manager. He has been fantastic from the day we purchased the truck through the resolution of this issue. He has been responsive, honest, accommodating, and consistently kept us informed throughout the entire process. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to do the right thing. I also want to thank Joe, the service manager, for taking great care of us. He thoroughly inspected the truck, addressed our concerns, and made sure everything was corrected so we could leave feeling confident the issue had been resolved and wouldn't happen again. His professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. While no one hopes to experience an unexpected repair so soon after purchasing a vehicle, what matters most is how a dealership responds when something does happen. Dustin, Joe, and the entire team at Freeway Ford handled a difficult situation professionally and fairly, and for that, we're grateful. Thank you for standing behind your customers.

My experience with Freeway Ford went from pushy to genuinely disturbing…read more I initially requested information about a used 2025 Ford Explorer ST. Before anyone from the dealership contacted me, I looked up the CARFAX report myself and saw that the vehicle had been listed as a manufacturer buyback/lemon-law vehicle. The dealership began contacting me through phone calls and text messages, although I had not consented to receiving texts. I explained that I had reviewed the vehicle's history, was no longer interested, and would be passing. That should have ended the conversation. Instead, after I said I was not interested by text, dealership employee Michael Holguin called me three times within a single minute. I was in the middle of my workday and repeatedly declined the calls, yet he immediately called again each time. A manager identifying himself as Joe also placed me into a three-way text conversation with Michael, turning a simple "no" into a two-against-one sales pitch. They repeatedly pressured me to speak with them by phone so they could "explain" why I should reconsider. I said I wasn't interested. I asked them to stop calling. I asked them to stop messaging me. Joe then contacted me again through a separate message thread. In that message, he dismissed the vehicle's history as being the result of a "dumb law" and continued trying to change my mind--even though I had already explicitly told him to leave me alone. My phone was then bombarded with eight No Caller ID calls in approximately four minutes, along with an unwanted FaceTime attempt. It appeared that my number had been placed into a robocaller. Every time I pressed "ignore," another call followed. I told Joe directly that his behavior was creepy and embarrassing, but the unwanted contact continued despite my repeated requests that it stop. This behavior was invasive, intimidating, and completely disrespectful of my privacy. I owed this dealership no explanation for declining the vehicle, yet I gave them one anyway. They simply would not take no for an answer. Not only will I not buy this vehicle, I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership--no matter what. I have screenshots documenting the messages and call history, and I strongly recommend taking your business and personal information somewhere else.

I had made it a part-time job for the past month to find the right car in my smaller budget of $11,6k for a compact SUV. I wanted something 2013 or newer. All the other dealerships said it could not be done, or there would be a serious compromise I would have to make. I was shown a lot of old cars, junk cars, rebuilt and salvage titles, damaged cars and was SO FRUSTRATED. When I saw this car seemed too good to be true. But it was true!! Iman and his team sent me the carfax and allowed me to bring my mechanic to the store who verified the car was functioning properly, and was a reliable car. It was a little dirty inside, such as crumbs that were settled into crevices, it was not scrubbed properly inside, and dirty the seats were dirty-which was the ONLY disappointment. I am going to have to clean it out myself which is...fine. I was treated very well by Gilbert, who rode with me for test drives. He was friendly, honest and positive. Moe was the person who got my sale started, he is an older gentleman who looked out for me and asked me to triple check my paperwork, and he also stayed a little late to help me. Iman was the younger man and owner of the store with whom I made the deal. He was very friendly, personable, respectful, positive, and honest. He some how made it FUN to buy a car and I felt I was in good hands. We negotiated a fair price we both felt good about. The experience of buying a car was a big boost to my confidence because I was told so many times my standards and expectations were too high for my budget. I was treated poorly by other dealers who basically laughed in my face due to my budget. With CAR TIME I got a newer car with less mileage than I thought I would be able to afford initially. I am glad I shared this experience at Car Time LLC, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I will never recommend anyone to this shady used car dealer of Northwest Arkansas.
