They replaced the engine mounts under the warranty, and I paid out of pocket to have the front parking sensors fixed. Since they were behind on getting the repairs done, and I needed to pick up the car before leaving the country for a week, I paid for the repairs over the phone en route to pick it up. I was traveling over an hour from home to pick up the car on a Friday and was delayed due to an accident on I-25. When I arrived, I got my keys, and then they locked up the shop. After starting the car, I discovered that: - The front parking sensor was NOT fixed. - The driver's side floor mat was dirty with white debris (it was clean when I dropped the car off.) - There were greasy hand prints on the hood. I was extremely angry as I trusted them to do the perform the work I paid them to do, was extremely patient with them despite their lack of communication and delays, and they didn't even take care to keep my car tidy.
