We operate a program for disabled adults, we had Mobile wrench out to perform a DOT inspection, and…read moremake repairs as necessary on a small bus. They ended up needing to do a brake job, simple enough. We drove the small bus less than 4000 miles before things started to fall apart. I bolt securing the brake caliper bracket came out and caused damage to the rotors, and brakes forcing us to get the work done again. I submitted a claim with Mobile Wrench with pictures of the damage before we had it repaired with another shop. The Shop we had the issue diagnosed at insured us that this could only happen due to the negligence and carelessness of a bad brake job. After waiting almost 2 months they reached out and told us we didn't follow up with them first to inspect it and therefore they will not cover any of the additional expenses that they caused us to have. None of this was disclosed when I originally called to explain the situation. Staffs lack of knowledge of how to handle the situation was evident. Take your business elsewhere!

I fixed the problem for $30 and he wanted $155 just to LOOK at it. He wasn't even close to what was wrong with it when I talked to him on the phone, I spotted that right off, like a lot of these "so-called" RV specialists. I know an elderly couple that had a water leak and an "RV SPECIALIST" spent 3 days trying to fix it! NOPE DIDN"T FIX IT, BUT CHARGED THEM $3,000.00 and they paid it BEFORE I found out about it! I would have FIXED IT FOR FREEE! It was an easy fix, that I found in 10 minutes! Didn't charge them a penny!......these rip-off thieves need to be reported to the authorities and jailed!.....I don't know the name of the guy that ROYALLY RIPPED THEM OFF, IF I DID I WOULD PLASTER HIS NAME ALL OVER EVERYWHERE! Initially fleet Mgmt got my vehicle towed and was on track. After this Unfortunately things did…read morenot go very well. 1st of all I had asked them to let me know what it's gonna cost to get the vehicle running and I guessed that it probly needed a battery. They ran a diagnostic which I never saw the results of every time I talked to them they pushed the job back another day they hadn't started it for 4 days instead of 2 days later than they told me. Finally on Thursday they told me that the drive shaft needed to be connected 1st time I'd heard that what so ever and that the battery was going to get put in that day. Poor communication and sporadic information does not make for a happy customer. $953 dollars later for a battery (which is all it needed to start) and a tow.
