Don't waste your time and money!…read more Dropped my car off last week for 2 things. 1st issue--"First of all you need a software update. We can't work on the transmission without that. You need to take it to a dealership." (Weston Automotive) Dealership--"Your software is up to date. And even if it wasn't up to date, they should have been able to tell you what was wrong with the transmission and mix it." (Yes, the dealership correctly identified the problem.) 2nd issue for noise coming from around my tire. Weston Automotive said, "No noise detected. We couldn't hear anything and didn't see anything that needed repairs." Dealership--you urgently need a new control arm! Moral of the story--these mechanics are lazy. They didn't want to figure out what was wrong with my car. Probably because I dropped it off on a Thursday and they decided to close on Friday due to "lack of staff available." They just wanted a long weekend without my car staying there the whole time. What a waste!

I was quoted high and low for the job from many other shops but I chose this shop because it stood out in the best ways. I meet the owner as I was searching shops for quotes and stopped by early (9am roughly) met the owner, he had me feeling comfortable for he is a friendly guy. I told him how I have a 2018 Chevy Silverado with a messed up transmission he told me that he's very familiar with the brand and the showed that he's definitely knowledgeable and confident which other shops happen to lack. He on the spot quoted me for the best possible opinion with my truck's condition I liked that he mentioned a 3 year warranty on parts and labor for the job. He insured me that the truck would come in and would be done a week from the day I leave my truck. The price was absolutely reasonable for the hefty work load (5k). I had went to other shops they said they could try and address the issue directly and I could spend less but those people lack confidence in the work they happen to mention that they have only done one other Chevy prior and that it was difficult they lost me at that point. I have spoken to the dealership and they nearly quoted me for double the price with no close date or availability. This shops was the best bang for my buck the reviews brought me and and they absolutely delivered. I have been driving my truck daily since for a little over a week now and not a hiccup or tick or leak in sight they really did there thing. They was punctual on the timing and they know what there doing which is key in a highly sensitive job like this, price was good, owners a cool guy as well, the warranty is amazing. I can't figure out what more you would want from a shop. I'll be back for more work I trust them with my vehicle which personal friends know that's not common for me to trust a shop with my cars or truck

They really care about the customer. My friend has been using David and his crew for years and recommended to bring my daughters European vehicle here. oh by the way they specialize in Mercedes BMW Porsche Audi like German vehicles all the European units. Anyway, to make a long story short day, accepted my daughter's vehicle and gave her an appointment within three days of me speaking to them on the phone. I brought my daughters vehicle. They did an appraisal on it and gave me a written estimate for the work that had to be done. This was a special case I'm not sure if they charge everyone for an estimate but my daughter brought it to a bad shop so her timing belt was fixed in incorrectly so they had to investigate before doing any work open up the compartment and check everything out.. They were extremely fair with the pricing. I believe I got an honest estimate and they went ahead and sent it to me via email and I approved it through the electronic system. it took approximately five days for them to complete the job. They needed special parts and special tools. the whole time I was kept up-to-date. Everything was definitely handled professionally. After three days, they asked me if I wanted a loaner car, this was the only negative kind of a hilarious part of my transaction with them. I went to pick up the loaner vehicle and I'm not sure what possessed me to take a peek around around the whole vehicle. I noticed that the inspection sticker was out of date so even though they offered to let me use a car for free at that point just left it there and went home. a couple days later my daughter was finished she went. They accept all sorts of payments cash payment I believe and credit cards. Her bill was extremely reasonable for the inspection and the work that had to be done. I would 100% to David and his crew. I believe they're hard-working and the shop is clean and presentable. I would bring an $80-$100 K car here for them to work on it no problem.

I'm writing to chime in with my five stars. I've been taking my car to Aram for three years now,…read moreand he's never steered me wrong (no pun intended). Here's an example of Aram really going above and beyond: in more than one case with exhaust problems I was having, he honestly told me that for him to repair the problem, it would cost much more than to bring it somewhere else; and the place he referred me to saved me literally over a thousand dollars. Another time, he told me where to get tires cheaper than what it'd cost for me to buy them through him. If it were any other mechanic I've met in my lifetime, they would have tried to fleece me. Not Aram. It made me feel like he genuinely takes his customer's best interests ahead of his own. When he actually does do the maintenance and/or repairs, he explains each thing in simple, easy-to-understand terms, doesn't patronize, doesn't candy-coat anything, doesn't cut corners. He will check in with you before performing any prior-unknown service, telling you what he's found, how much it's likely to cost, and so forth. He's never ended up charging me more than what he'd initially estimated. He's been honest as to which repairs are time-sensitive, and which ones I can safely put off. And it's always been below the cost of what any other repair shop has quoted me for similar services. You'll probably have to book your appointment with him in advance, but that's because so many people want to have Aram taking care of their car. The cash-only thing does not deter me; I actually prefer it that way. Aram has earned my trust and loyalty, and it's worth taking a lump of cash out of the ATM. Even if I move out of the immediate area (I am lucky enough to live a block away), I will still take my car to his shop for any repairs, maintenance, and so on. And yes, don't confuse his garage with the garage next door. (His is the driveway that goes to the upper floor.) So yeah, really, Aram's my go-to man, and will remain as such. In my 28 years of driving, I've never been nearly as satisfied with a mechanic as I am now. If I could give six or seven stars, I would.

I came in to get a second (and honestly third) opinion after the dealer tried to tell me I needed a bunch of work done that didn't quite add up. The dealer's estimate was sky-high, and another local shop wasn't much better. Here, the owner took the time to actually show me what was wrong with my car, explaining everything clearly and breaking it down piece by piece. Turns out, I only needed a new control arm and brake caliper, not the laundry list of unnecessary repairs the dealer was pushing. The owner definitely has a personality--he's a very funny guy.
