I used to like their egg, sausage and cheddar on English muffin--it was better than the competition. But last time I ordered one (about 2 months ago) the savory sausage had been replaced with a smaller, different maple sausage and it ruined it for me. Not a fan of sweet sausage and didn't appreciate the change. Given my experience today, perhaps someone in the corporate kitchen mucked it up. When I asked about it, nobody could tell me if there had been a change in ingredients. I can tell that store staff is also frustrated with corporate. Starbucks used to be a breakfast go-to for me when I have to travel in Valley Springs, but they can't even seem to follow their own menu when making their pre-made sandwiches and I couldn't even contact corporate to let them know they have an issue.
