Cute little coffee & smoothie hut in Valley Springs. I've had their smoothies, which are yummy but a little too sweet for my taste but my current fave are their refreshers! My fav being the cucumber mint & watermelon mint. The service is friendly but they have gotten our order wrong a couple of times -- on the bright side we've tried new things we probably wouldn't have ordered but enjoyed because of it! read more

I'm honestly so done with this place! The few times I've came here has been great exceptional service but today the experience I had was extremely uncomfortable. The wait was ridiculously long and she had the worst look on her face like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. Not sure her name but she made me feel super uneasy and when she took my order she seemed like she wanted me to hurry up. Based on this experience I don't think I'll be coming back to this place unless someone else is working here. She also rudely told me she wouldn't accept card and "you didn't read the sign?!? We can't accept cards. You need exact cash." How dare you speak to me like that, that's so disrespectful and idk how someone like you can work there! read more

Stopped in yesterday morning, as we are camping nearby and I didn't have high expectations from a rural town coffee shop but the coffee was amazing! Better than bies for sure. But what impressed me the most was the young woman working solo on a very very busy morning. She was working very hard to keep up with the pace and even under all that pressure managed to be very kind and professional. Kudos to her! read more

They are very quick. They are always friendly here. Drinks are always yummy. The only problem we have is The red Bull they use is 50% always warm. He said the drink is good once it chills. Other then warm red Bull being used. We love this place. read more

We just had the nicest and most helpful barista. I'm not for sure on her name but she had glasses and a tie dye shirt. She made the best drinks we every received from Day-O. We will for sure be back to this location. read more

A big fan of Day-O in Sonora and Columbia and San Andreas. Was very pleased to see that Day-O bought the old Jitters shed and was coming to Valley Springs. Have been eyeing the remodel process as I pass every day. Today, the "Now Open" sign was up, so I stopped in for an iced mocha. Ahhhh!!! Day-O coffee is very smooth and doesn't have the burnt taste that Starbucks has. The iced mocha was really tasty. Not only is Day-O less expensive than Starbucks, but you dont get that snooty attitude either. Day-O seems to hire very young pople to work at their locations, and that is fine. Some other people complain that the youngsters are rude or cannot count change or whatever. In my experience, the young people at Day-O have been very nice and eager to please. Today was no exception, the girl was very friendly and made me feel welcome. You will be seeing a lot more of me, Day-O!! Thank you for your great coffee drinks and good service. read more

We went today waited in line for at least 20 minutes finally got to the window and the girl opens the window no apology for the crazy wait oh there was only 1 car in front of us. I ask if they have ice cream she says yes, so we give her our order wait some more and then she comes to inform us that they can't do ice cream because it's too hot inside read more

This used to be my favorite Day-O to go to but things just aren't quite the same. I went here the other day after trying a Day-O whip from the Sonora location ( which was delicious). I ordered it and drove away, tasted it and wondered if it was even the right drink! The Day-O whip is supposed to be a pineapple flavored blended drink. The drink I received from the Valley springs location didn't taste like pineapple at all. A couple of days later, I decided to give them another try....because I REALLY wanted a drink like the one I received from the Sonora location. I mentioned to the girl that I had tried the drink from the Sonora location and Loved it so I came there and got one but it didn't taste like pineapple. I told her I wasn't sure what the last person did incorrectly but asked her to please make sure whatever they do to give it the pineapple flavor, please make sure the measurement is correct. Soooo.....instead of making sure she makes the drink correctly? She charges me 50 cents more to put EXTRA pineapple flavor in it?! How about just make it right? I'm done going to this location...too bad since I live here. Not the way to win customers over.... read more

I stopped going here not because the drinks are bad, but because the last 7 times, ( yes I keep track) in a row they have screwed something up with my orders. And the time of day that I come through there MIGHT be another car in line so it's not like they have 50 drinks to make. My orders are pretty simple and most of the time 2 drinks at most. So to totally screw up 2 drinks on a regular basis is sad to say the least. read more

This is my 4 year olds favorite spot to go after a good day at daycare because they have soft serve ice cream!! The girls there are always so nice and helpful and the prices are very reasonable!! We will most definitely be stopping in more this summer!!! read more

This morning my friend and i went to this location this morning. We told the employee that we could order, pay and pull over to the side and wait because there was a long line. Everyone that was behind us got all their orders before us even though we ordered first. At this point we have been waiting for 30 minutes as we are watching everyone else get their orders. We decided to go back through the window and confront The young lady about the wait and how we were last to be helped. She came out and started to become hostile with us. She began to yell and argue with us (The customer) told us we are wrong and we lied to her when that was not the case. It was not professional at all. After getting part of our order they told us to go park once again. Waited for another 15 minutes as everyone else is getting their order before us AGAIN. By the time we got our FULL order everything was cold and melted/runny, not to mention they had to remake 2 of our drinks. Unbelievable read more
