A MUST visit!! Incredible coffee, pastries and service :) Huge variety of coffee flavors and fresh bakery items to choose from daily, including a wide selection of gourmet biscotti

Service is friendly and welcoming the second you walk in. This spot is a hidden gem for pastries. They are delicious & I'm obsessed with the overnight oats! Best I've ever had. Still trying to find the coffee that fits my taste but I'll keep going back until I find it. Totally worth it.

Wonderful aroma upon stepping in the door and a nice selection of beans and munchies. Comfy leather chairs for a met up too. Or bring your computer and crab a bar stool and do a little work. Friendly baristas too!

    These are all huge biscotti

If you do anything, come for the biscotti. There are endless glass jars of different varieties. Anything dipped in chocolate is worthy (though this probably just my bias). The biscotti I've tried has a perfect consistency. The coffee menu has some really unique concoctions, especially if you want something fancier than a normal latte. I went for a cappuccino, and it was perfectly made. Biggest problem this spot has is that it's too popular! I can see why people want to snag a seat and stay a while.

Wow what a hidden gem and this place is less than 5 minutes from my house. The medium here is basically a Starbucks venti and the coffee taste is super smooth and great. I really wish they did latte art here but that's more of a personal preference. The interior vibe has what I assume a very Central American vibe, heavily into it. Seating however inside is limited, area is clean but cluttered with sacks of coffee beans. Not sure if that's supposed to be part of the interior theme or if it's storage sitting outside. Certainly would come back.

Excellent selection of coffee drinks and sweets. The variety of biscotti makes it hard to choose just one. Must try.

Great iced coffee. Great prices. I enjoy coming for their coffee. Would be even better if they had oat milk!

Wayyyy better vibe than the other coffee "shops" down the street. Friendly employees, no long lines, good coffee, and delicious desserts!

"I got a girl, she lives on the hill She won't do it but her…read moresister will" (ZZ Top) We visited the very cool Elicit Brewery in Manchester to check out their Holiday Market. One of the 23 vendors was the Traveling Sisters Roasters, and we stopped by to chit-chat and learn a little about the business. They are a Connecticut licensed cottage business out of Colchester, and they roast and sell a few custom blends in bags or K-Cup style Pods. Their coffees are available at Farmer's Markets and special events around Connecticut, and on their website. Connecticut customers can get free delivery. Their seven blends include beans from Peru, Columbia, Brazil, Sumatra, Guatemala, Java Indonesia, Mexico, Ethiopia, the Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica, so there is a big variety of undertones for your sipping pleasure. The blends also vary in acidity for those with a sensitivity to that. I love dark coffee so there was no way I was going home empty handed. K-Cup pods were $2 each, so I picked up one of three different blends. Here are their web descriptions: Daring Flight - Dark Roast "Featuring dark roasted coffees from Mexico, Guatemala, and Ethiopia. Blended together they make a bold full-bodied cup of coffee with chocolate and citric notes and just a hint of spice. The perfect coffee for those who like a dark rich cup of coffee to start their day." It was a very good cup of coffee, smooth, no aftertaste and no bitterness. Soby's Journey. Dark Roast "Featuring the dark roasted coffees of the Dominican Republic, Guatemala and Costa Rica. A smooth creamy blend with undertones of vanilla, chocolate and orange with low acidity." I definitely picked up a vanilla undertone on the Soby, but the overall flavor was lighter than I expected for a dark coffee. Global Adventure - Dark Roast "Featuring dark roasted coffees of Ethiopia and Colombia. A smooth blend with undertones of sweet chocolate and red fruit with some sweet nuttiness with low acidity." I knew this was going to be my favorite before I even had a sip because the brewed aroma was fantastic - a deep dark flavor profile. Traveling Sisters also sell medium and espresso roasts, and a decaf. Go check them out and see for yourself.

I can't choose 1 fave. My daughters in Boston & NYC, fellow coffee nerds, prefer Jesse's coffee, as do their friends over their many local roasteries. Decaf earns kudos: with caffeine-sensitive family member, he offers several excellent Swiss/water-processed options, of which 2-3 are available at any time. He gets the beans, roasts them himself (and will roast them fresh for you if you preorder though this is not necessary!) The variety of beans is tremendous and he is always ready to give a recommendation. The usual staples are there (around 10-15) but there's always a variety of small batch stuff that he's gotten. Though the tariffs have made prices go up a little, this place still remains my favorite place to buy beans. Not only is it is nice to get great quality coffee it's wonderful to support the small business! Note: this is only a bean shop, there are no premade drinks. It's open twice a week but apparently other times can be prearranged via special orders (I usually just go on saturdays when they are open). Finally beana are available while though he will grind them for you for free if you like.
