I felt for the price I was looking to spend, I preferred an MB Sports Boat's fit and finish and wake over a Moomba or ATX. We ended up not completing a sale with Germaine Marine. In Conclusion: If I had unlimited money and wanted a top tier Sports Boat, I would buy a Supra LE from them in a heart beat. For the value boat I was looking for, they did not carry a brand I felt was superior, but would consider them if I was interested in a Moomba or ATX.

Sell you on services that you would never know are done, and from my own experiences, fluids don't get changed, plugs don't get changed, & bigger issues are not addressed. I see that Greg is rude here from a couple reviews here and there, he may be curt, but he is dead honest & a busy man because of this. I sold a boat, it had several issues that I was not aware of, it needed fiberglass repairs. The new owner was new to anything boats & on my recommendation, not request, took the boat to GS Marine. I can promise you that this shop was more than reasonable with the repairs, kept me abrupt of what was needed, even asked me to come down to verify the issues, sent me photos and his office staff was very communicative, especially since I was not the owner & just the guy paying the bill to make this sale right. It turned into a full gut & flip of the hull. it cost me money, but I feel better knowing that GS marine did this repair, and the new owners got a better boat than I had. The Keel looked better than what I ever had. This is not the first I had dealt with GS, I have had several friends who have used this shop & will recommend Greg to my mother if she had a boat. Since then, no one has followed through, no one has updated me, and now the original agreement is treated as if it never happened. Instead, the only option presented is a new trailer for around $7,000. I also recently asked what they would offer if they bought the boat back. After paying $32,000 and barely using it, I was offered $16,000. Even getting that answer took repeated effort because emails and calls were ignored until I physically walked into the showroom. Service has been equally disappointing. When I bought the boat, I was specifically told that because I am a Canyon Lake customer they would arrange pickup and delivery for service. When I called recently, I was told there is now a $200 transportation charge and that I would need to take it up with Taylor. I texted Taylor directly again and still received no response. I was also quoted around $1,000 for a basic oil change and impeller replacement, while other boat service centers quoted substantially less for the same work. I have been in sales for over 20 years, and one thing I understand clearly is that customer service after the sale matters more than the sale itself. What stands out most here is how dramatically the customer experience changed once the transaction was complete. Before the purchase, communication was immediate. After the purchase, promises became difficult to verify, follow-up became almost nonexistent, and basic customer service became a struggle. OMG. OMG. OMG. Can you say OMG!!!!!!!! I found this place…read morethrough a search for a part for my boat. After talking for a few minutes with Brian I knew this guy and his crew knew everything about my Malibu Wake setter 23LSV I have had several problems with my power wedge eventually the Lenco control box was destroyed. Lenco in their brilliant wisdom discontinued producing them and there is no way to fix it with a different box. That's where Brian comes in. He told me he had done this bypass for another customer. I told him your hired and I pulled my boat over 300 miles to have them fix it. While I was there they found one of my rams had leaked water into it through the seal. This is number 3 for me. WTH. He luckily had one and replaced it along with installing the switch bypass for the power wedge. The price was very reasonable. This guy KNOWS HIS STUFF. I cannot say it enough. If you don't bring your Malibu here you are a fool. Just Awesome!!!!! Thank you Brian and your staff. Cannot wait to have you service my boat again.

I've tried to reach a resolution to get the trailer made but now no one will respond to calls or connect me with the owners of the company. Told a refund is not possible as they have the frame, but now they cannot make the trailer, no refund and no more communications. Beware of the promises. Payment made in full in good faith with the previous reputation for quality trailers.
