Great communication and great service on my 2007 Malibu. They took care of everything and we're very knowledgeable.

OMG. OMG. OMG. Can you say OMG!!!!!!!! I found this place through a search for a part for my boat. After talking for a few minutes with Brian I knew this guy and his crew knew everything about my Malibu Wake setter 23LSV I have had several problems with my power wedge eventually the Lenco control box was destroyed. Lenco in their brilliant wisdom discontinued producing them and there is no way to fix it with a different box. That's where Brian comes in. He told me he had done this bypass for another customer. I told him your hired and I pulled my boat over 300 miles to have them fix it. While I was there they found one of my rams had leaked water into it through the seal. This is number 3 for me. WTH. He luckily had one and replaced it along with installing the switch bypass for the power wedge. The price was very reasonable. This guy KNOWS HIS STUFF. I cannot say it enough. If you don't bring your Malibu here you are a fool. Just Awesome!!!!! Thank you Brian and your staff. Cannot wait to have you service my boat again. read more

I called WakeTech when my v-drive locked up. Brian called me back and knew exactly what had happened. They had availability in the next few weeks. I dropped off my boat and was greeted by Adam. He did not hesitate to start investigating the issue. These guys know their way around a boat. I am so thoroughly impressed with the service and knowledge of this team. Every time we spoke I learned something new. Brian, Nick, Adam and Wade are the real deal. They were able to replace my v-drive, fix a steering issue, which by the way is working so awesome now, resolved a hard start issue when hot and few other items as well in record time. I highly recommend this professional shop to anyone with a wakeboard boat. read more

Impressed is an understatement. Brian, nick and team go above and beyond on their service to your boat. The service done to my Malibu left no stones unturned. The littlest issues such as a loose kick board was fixed without me requesting it. Funny thing is that has been annoying me all season, the fact they found it and fixed it shows their level of detail. That's just one example. They answered any questions during the season with my boat. Gave me great advice different times during the year. This company is beyond just a boat tune up, they provide more a boutique style service. WakeTech is truly a company that cares of their customers. My boat is in Parker, boat was serviced as a house call which is also a huge bonus as I didn't need to be there I will be referring them to whomever I can. Great work! read more

Brian, Nick and his crew literally just left our place in havasu after doing a diagnostic and repair on our boat! They worked on boats all day and still kept their appt. with me and showed up at 6pm! These guys are so honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They also did the service on our boat in Feb. at our storage unit in Parker while we were at home in HB, no issues, work was amazing, everything was locked up just as I left it... and the price was less than the dealer and the convenience was priceless!! Cheers fellas for running an amazing business. read more

I am a bit reluctant to write a review on Waketech marine - keep reading and you'll see why... I only started bringing my 2017 Malibu 24MXZ to Waketech because our previous boat repair shop was no longer authorized to work on Malibu's. Although upset because I had to drive an extra 45 mins, I had no other choice. What I didn't know is how professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful this shop (ALL OF THEIR GUYS INCLUDED) would be! They are a top notch group that go above and beyond for their customers! In fact, if there were a boat shop down the street from me, there's no doubt that I would drive the extra distance to Waketech! So why my reluctance to post? I don't want too many more boaters to find out what I have - this is an honest and helpful boat repair shop that actually treats customers VERY well and treats the boats they work on as if they were their own! These guys are AWESOME! read more

I had never heard of these guys before last week. WOW am I impressed. Had an ignition issue and I called these guys and they were willing to talk with me over the phone to try a few things (every other shop said bring it in). Long story short I couldn't fix it, brought it by at 9am the next day, picked it up fixed at 5:30pm the SAME DAY! Quality people are hard to find and I scored! Will defiantly be back :) read more

If you have a boat and you want any work done to it the right way then take it to Waketech. Extremely knowledgeable mechanics, especially with Malibu's, that are honest and shoot it straight every time. These guys are always friendly and do what they can to keep the customers happy. By the way, their prices are great for the work that they do. I've even been dead on the water at havasu and was able to call them and they diagnosed it over the phone and had me back up and running in a few minutes. I don't even have a boat anymore but I can't help but recommended these guys to anyone that does. If you are looking for a boat mechanic your search is over. Brought my Tige 21i to WakeTech on a recommendation by a friend of mine who has been getting his boat serviced by Brian for years. I wasn't let down. I recently bought my boat used so Brian went through the whole boat to make sure it was ready for a season of fun. He was super thorough and even showed me that my thermostat was bad and letting the motor run too cold. Swapped it out and my boat ran better then ever. I definitely recommend Brian and his team to anyone looking for an honest company that will take care of your boat as if it was their own. read more

These guys do solid work and stand behind their work. Fast and friendly service. Trustworthy staff.

I found wake tech by accident last year when I purchased our new Malibu in Texas and had it shipped to our house in CA. This was my 1st new wakeboard boat in 10 years and I never had a walk-through of the boat by the dealership, so I had a lot of questions after my first trip out to the lake. Brian was awesome, he took his shoes off and walked into our new boat with this socks on and with loving care (I could tell he cared about boats, since I never allow shoes in our boat expect for the wife). He helped explain and answer all of my questions I had, he know his Malibu boats and Indmar Motors. I love that I don't have to wait for the boat sit at a Tilly's or Sun Country Marine for 3 weeks for service or I have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment for Service. Great customer service and attention to detail, Brain and team are awesome. read more

Brian's complete understanding of Malibu boats and his quality workmanship and attention to detail saved our summer. Once we found out he was willing to make the trip to Havasu where our boat is stored, he met us, was able to quickly diagnose and fix an ongoing problem we have had AND HE CHARGED A FAIR AND REASONABLE RATE!!!! Thanks guys. Plus he gave us a checklist of what we should do to maintenance-wise. The Best! read more
