I won't go into all the details, but they tried everything before coming to that conclusion. I requested they install a new unit when they could. Today (a mere 36 hours later) I have air conditioning again. I can't speak to the value monetarily, but I can speak to the fact that they were on time, super polite, hard working, and my cats right now are belly up on the floor purring that it's no longer 91F inside my place. Going by that metric it was a superb value. Would use them again!

Asking me to take down this bad review. First he asked me politely then he starts threatening me and my wife by explaining what do we do for living and he will start calling my friends, family and workplace where we work. Not sure what he wants to do by stalking our information and being intrusive to our life. He insists to come back to my house which I refuse to give him permission. He threatens my wife by telling her that he used to be a bad guy, and I don't understand why he starts getting violent and seek revenge against my family. So I decided to file restraining order with Los Angeles County Court to protect my family against his violent nature and behavior, per our lawyers advise.

I really like their family membership program and signed up for that, so I plan to continue doing business with them because this was a great experience. I definitely recommend giving them a shot for any of your HVAC needs!

He also installed a new cleanout/access valve on the condensate line, which should make future maintenance much easier. What impressed me most was that he went the extra mile and checked the entire drainage setup. He noticed dark buildup inside the small tubing near our sink, removed and thoroughly cleaned it, and then reconnected the tubing much more efficiently. The previous setup had excess tubing that was bending/kinking, which may have contributed to the drainage problem. Jay took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job correctly rather than just getting in and out. Great experience with Wintri from start to finish. Highly recommend, and a big shoutout to Jay!

He took the time to carefully look around and figure out what was causing the problem instead of rushing through the job. I had contacted other companies before, but it was sometimes difficult to understand their explanations, and I didn't feel like I was getting clear answers. Johnny was completely different. He explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were. I also really appreciated that he explained the cost upfront and let me know about things I wasn't aware of before starting the work. There were no surprises, and I felt comfortable knowing exactly what was being done and how much it would cost. Johnny was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. I'm very thankful for his help and the way he treated me with kindness and respect. From the start, he took the time to explain his entire process in detail so I could easily understand exactly what he was going to do. We hired him for a significant amount of work, and he handled all of it flawlessly. He replaced our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and the angle stops around our bathrooms. He also installed a brand-new water heater, a Flow Tech anti-scale system, and a thermal expansion tank. Additionally, he replaced the main faucet and pipes connecting our house to the city water supply and successfully fixed our home's water pressure, which had been running dangerously high. What truly sets Gabe apart is his customer service. He is incredibly friendly, attentive, and kept in constant contact throughout the entire project. He is completely transparent and never acts like a pushy salesman; he simply assesses the issue, states the exact cost to fix it, and gives you the space to make up your own mind without any pressure. I would absolutely hire Gabe Smith and All City Plumbing again.

An especially big thanks to our installer Bobby and his crew who did such an exceptional job carefully removing the old system and doing a beautiful install of the new one. They also completely reworked the AC closet, moving the system forward and sealing everything off cleanly, what was once a poorly converted linen closet now has potential for usable space behind it.
