    The Xfinity plan I have selected and advertises unlimited data but they are still charging me and will not fix bill.

    Surprised at how incompetent Xfinity and their staff are being in the 21st century. I selected a plan because it is advertised as having infinite data for 5 years at no extra cost. After the first month I got a notice that we went over our data limit. No charge this time but next month I would be. I called Xfinity they said because I didn't "check a box" during sign up I can't get the deal even though it's literally on the plan I have selected in app, it's just not reflected in my bill. I asked if they could add unlimited data to my account as it's a perk I'm supposed to have, after 5 reps, multiple attempts to talk to a supervisor and being denied or hung up on, they said they couldn't help unless I'm willing to spend $25 more a month. complete and utter BS. Only had a for a month and switching back to AT&T. Do yourself a favor and skip out on Xfinity until they get their S together.

    do not get Xfinity if you're in Houston area. 5 service interruptions in 2 weeks. their service is garbage

    If I could give lower ratings I would. Currently experiencing my 8th outage this month. Absolute garbage for service.

I didn't like the work they were doing up and down my block, so I began looking at reviews as they started to do their work in front of my property. Of course, while reading bad reviews about their installation, they hit my gas line. Nicor had to come out to repair it. Nicor was quick and professional. They had my gas back up in a couple hours from the original outage. Now, Nicor is going to have to run a new line to my house. We'll see. If they come back and fix my lawn, I'll update this review to reflect it. I originally gave them one star and was harsher in my review, but so far they have been following up on the lawn repairs at my house and the surrounding properties. *Update - Ezee Fiber has reached out already, which is promising. **Update 2 - They showed up yesterday to check on my lawn repairs. Some looked good to ok, but a couple were looking bad. BUT, to their credit, they put down some fresh soil, seed and cover in the spots that needed more help. I did not expect that kind of follow-up, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I went into this store today to return equipment (since they refused to send a mailing label. I found out that they were taking 350 dollars to collections for their 5 year old modem. I gave them their equipment and they gave me an illegible piece of paper that was supposed to serve as my receipt and charged me for a month in which I received no service! I asked for a legible receipt and the customer service representative said,"Well I can read it." Then he refused to discuss why I was still getting billed. I got up and headed towards the door when one of their customers said, "Black People are so stupid!" The store employee (Who was not black) chose to agree and give her a High Five. When I responded I was told to never engage one of their customers. And then the store manager went over to congratulate this woman for her racial slur. The NOW Xfinity is more cost affordable, but it comes with terrible support. It's truly sad with "you get what you pay for" in real life terms.

    I visited this Verizon store yesterday after 4 pm to get assistance with opening a business…read moreaccount. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location was extremely disappointing, and I left feeling uncomfortable and judged. * Background: I had been told by a Verizon representative over the phone to visit the store because the online link I was sent was not working. * In-Store Experience: When I arrived, I explained my situation to the representative at the door. Instead of helping, he dismissed me, saying everything had to be done over the phone. This was confusing since I had been told otherwise by Verizon's online support. * Lack of Support: I asked if I could call Verizon customer service while in the store, and he reluctantly agreed. Over the phone, the representative guided me through the process and confirmed I needed to submit paperwork. The in-store representative, however, showed no interest in helping and acted as though I was lying when I explained that I had been approved for a business credit line. His facial expressions and comments were unprofessional and made me feel judged. * Outcome: Despite being approved and ready to proceed with my purchase, the lack of support and dismissive attitude from the staff made me so uncomfortable that I walked out. The online representative was professional and helpful, but the in-store team seemed more interested in chatting with a police officer at the front door than assisting customers. Final Thoughts Customer service at this location is unacceptable. I was prepared to pay out of pocket and use my new business credit line, but the staff's behavior drove me away. Respect and professionalism should be the standard, especially at a customer-driven business like Verizon. Because of this experience, I chose to go with AT&T instead. In 2025, judging customers and failing to provide basic assistance is simply not acceptable. Everyone works hard for what they have and deserves to be treated with respect.     I've been To this location 3 times. Twice for my phone and once with my spouse for his phone. Both…read moretimes my phone I have received terrible customer service and they rush you out of the store. I came in for assistance with getting my phone fixed and they told me to do it online. I came in for you to help me do it. If I wanted to do it online myself I wouldn't had come in. I've been helped by someone different every time I've been in the store. There's only two people who actually help and do their job and don't just send you home to do it online or call the help desk.
