There are 3 T-Mobile locations in equal distance to me- South Bay, this one, and the one down Dudley. I prefer to come here and wait in line versus the locations I just mentioned. Actually, I'm not interested in trying any other location. The people who work here are so incredibly nice, professional, and on point- they KNOW their product, and can tell you everything you need to know. They also take their time with each customer, sort of like you hope that your doctor does with you. Visit this location, you'll leave happy- just bring your PATIENCE. and maybe a book. and your iPod. and iPad. and anything else you have to entertain you. because you WILL wait. and wait. and wait. and then wait some more.

I have been a loyal (and patient) RCN customer for 13+ years for cable and internet. My bill is…read morewell over $200/month for basic cable and 300mbs internet which is completely ridiculous. I have until now overlooked the increasing random fees and surcharges and their suggestions to call back repeatedly to try to negotiate a better price. What I cannot overlook is the horrible internet speeds we get. I call and complain to an Rcn representative almost on a daily basis. Every time I call and I run a speed test all of the sudden I'm getting crazy high speed internet. Then a few hours later I'm lucky if I get 5mbps connection. Attached are some examples. I have much more documentation of this phenomenon where one wonders if they're running a "rob Peter to pay Paul" scheme and don't actually have infrastructure to support all their customers. I am so frustrated and unless performance magically improves I will be actively looking to switch to another provider. If anyone has suggestions please message me.
