He said to come in, and it would probably take 10 minutes and he would charge me $10. Today I went in and I think it took less than 5 minutes and he charged exactly $10. I brought in a charger to test whether the charging port was still functional and he plugged it in to check it was functioning for me before I left the store. I couldn't be happier!

They even offered to set everything up for me right there. Super helpful, honest, and professional. You can tell they actually care. Highly recommend!

They offered me a refund for the repairs that did not end up solving my issue and let me know that they could proceed to take another step, but that it could end up bricking my phone if it did not work. I opted to err on the side of caution since my phone still functioned and decided to pursue another option that Pan Pan suggested based on my insurance/warranty. I was able to get a replacement phone quickly after he assisted me with the paperwork involved so I'm grateful for his excellent service and knowledge of the repairs/insurance. Overall it ended up being cheaper than the cost of the repairs too.
