Greeted by a friendly store associate, who takes your name and gets you on the waiting list to be seen by an appropriate employee. Seen in a timely manner, and helped by Karen C, sales consultant. Xfinity service center - Waiting area - Telecommunications Near Me - Bellingham, Massachusetts

I went in the beginning of May to add 2 boxes. My bill prior to that was About 150 because I only had internet. I got my bill this month and it was close to 700 dollars. Apparently, THEY work on commission and the tall guy added : a camera installation, ultimate tv package, 2 extra boxes. These guys are running a scam there! the manager couldn't even keep a straight face when I asked about all these upgrades that I didn't order. Then when I get home - my cable box doesn't work - now I have to deal with customer service. They'll be in solve it 7 for an investigation soon.... read more

I wish I could give them zero stars I will be telling everyone I know and all apps I have about the false advertising of this company. stop buying movies from xfinity! they do not actually have purchases it's a long term rental I just found out over the 10 years of having xfinity/comcast on demand that the 1600 we have spent over the years on purchasing movies was wasted these movies are not purchased what this company calls purchases are in fact long term rentals and all my kids favorite movies will be expiring in the next two years. it's billshit and it's false advertising abandon cable at all costs. this is theft. read more

We went to this store because of the rating it already had with past customers. We recently had changed our internet/tv service with Xfinity and had added cell service. We had been back to our original center five times, and the service/pricing was still not as promised. The last time we went, we were just flatly told, "We don't provide technical support here" That's when we went to the Bellingham store. Matt was our main man and fixed everything for us, including the correct monthly pricing amount. Karen came over and helped also. At one point even the manager, Tom, was involved offering his help. We were there for over an hour. We will never go to any other Xfinity store. They are the best! read more

I wasn't happy with this store in Bellingham MA at all. I recently switched over from verizon. I was also looking to start a new line for my son also. Karen from Xfinity told us that we would both get $250 off when purchasing new phones. When the first bill came in, the phone was at full price. So i contacted them and they said no rebate for new lines and i had to pay full price. Then the other phone i purchased was promised 2 day shipping. So after over a month with no phone they agreed to cancel that order n give me a phone finally. And then proceeded to tell me i wont get the $250 rebate for that phone either because that order got canceled. So not happy with this store because i don't like liars and people who steal my money. This is the first review i have ever written in my life. So it shows how bad it really was. Get everything in writing or you can lose $500 like me. read more

Horrible experience. I understand the Covid regulations and need to limit customers in the store however i as a paying customer was just asked to leave the store so someone else could come in. My sister is on my plan and buying anew $600 phone because hers died and i am adding a line and paying for my nephew to be added to the plan. We were both in there trying to do all of this and i was kicked out so another customer could go in. The manger is rude and disrespectful. My money clearly doesn't matter here. She needs to get a clue. read more
