OK this might be a double posted review, because I'm bad at technology and already tried to do this but then couldn't find my review so I'm re-reviewing!! The gentleman who helped me today, Tyson, helped me have the best experience I've ever had in a mobile phone store. I ended up buying a lot more things than I had originally intended, because he was so knowledgeable, patient, customer service oriented, friendly, professional, and never made me feel like he was just trying to stick me with everything he could for products and services. I would very much recommend the T-mobile in Bellingham, because I feel like I'm getting even more value out of my account now thanks to Tyson's expert help, and I also was very impressed while I was unintentionally eavesdropping on another person, Jimmy's kind deference to a military veteran he was helping, and his knowledge and customer service as well. You can shop here, or come in or call with a question, and feel confident that you'll be given correct and easy to understand information- even if you're bad with tech like me and can barely post a Yelp review. So, a year or so later I figured.. I will give them another shot. I had seen on my t mobile account page that I had an offer from them that looked to be ZERO for a phone. It did not say ZERO down payment. It was also listed as "upgrade" so I presumed this was t-mobile trying to get me to get the latest technology. But I figured I should go in and ask. I asked the girl twice, twice, if the deal was for a free phone. She said yes twice. I said ok. There was no way to check any of this because (1) nothing is given to you -- a tablet is shoved at you with a sign box; (2) no one gave me any receipt; and (3) the computer screens do not let me see what is happening. I walked out of the store and was suspicious. But still, I hadn't been asked to pay anything on a credit card and no one asked to check my credit for any sort of payment plan so... I decided to look at my account on the first business date afterward. And there is was a $742.00 (yikes) charge for a phone. Of course, in the sneakiest way possible. Despite the fact that other things were charged to my credit card (she said the tax had to be paid) she went ahead and added a payment plan with a charge for a full price phone on the BILL. In addition she added something called "jump" to my bill for 12.00 per month that was not even once communicated to me. Later I learned that Jump is some sort of leasing program. And that I can keep upgrading my phone for free but eventually I would have to pay. This was not communicated to me at all. I also called customer service when I saw the charge and they were completely unable to help or explain. (I am presuming I was talking to India). Now, the fact is that T-moble has a 14 day return policy. Had I not checked my account, I would have had to pay for the phone and been stuck in a lease of some sort. I went back to the Framingham store, like my last problem they were helpful. The person there explained that T-mobile only checks credit once. So that is how she got around that. He was very helpful and gave me the name of the Bellingham manager. But still I had to wait 30 minutes for assistance and he spent an hour with me and so many people were still waiting at 8PM. This company is unfair, deceptive, and messed up beyond belief. I am done. Today 8/8. I received in the mail the paperwork / agreement. They said they couldn't send it to me via e-mail because my e-mail didn't work. Want to bet she put the wrong e-mail in? read more

My husband and I went into T-mobile to purchased new phones. His android LG was giving him a lot of trouble. My iPhone SE was working ok but I saw an opportunity to upgrade to a 5G iPhone. This was in the Bellingham,MA store. Justin helped us and he was GREAT! Gave us good advice and was so helpful. He made the whole transaction so easy... a few days later we had to return because my husband's Bluetooth wouldn't work to use the gps. Hamid(the manager) came out to the car and helped him, got the Bluetooth working with his new phone. A few days later, after a lot of frustration trying to use his phone, we went back with loads of questions from him. Justin helped both of us I had a few questions about my new iPhone 13 mini also) Justin was soooo nice, patient and knowledgeable!!!! This store is really wonderful! I went to this store because I wanted to get a SIM card for an emergency phone that I'm going to put in my daughter's car. It's not for regular use, so a prepaid account would be fine. We are already T-mobile customers, so I was aware of all the plans and prices. First of all, the attendant was not willing to listen to me. She was rude and pushy, trying her best to sell me a monthly plan that I didn't want. I kept telling her that I just wanted to buy the card and have it activated with $15 for 3 months. But she wouldn't listen and get barreling me with what she thought I should do. Finally, when I asked her if she was ever going to listen to me and what I want, she gave in. But then the surprise! On the T-mobile site, there was a promotional offer for a SIM card for $0.99 and that's what I wanted, but she wanted to charge me a $10 activation fee. I have purchased SIM cards before and you can actually call T-mobile and have them activated for free. But she wouldn't relent and wasn't wiling to just sell me the card either. So I gave up and left. In all of this, she was never worried or interested in providing me with what I wanted and was extremely rude and pushy. I will never go to that store again and do not recommend it to anyone else either. read more
