To begin with, they missed their completion date by over two weeks and left out two of the items that were ordered. The owner refused to communicate with my wife after she took possession of the order. None of the lines of the screen printing were properly aligned. The logo was the American flag and it was disgraceful to see such poor quality. The logos were also improperly placed on the front of the shirts. My wife brought them an example of exactly what she was asking for. The owner agreed to replicate the shirt and then dismissed the example and opted to produce the shirts on substandard quality t-shirts and changed the colors to her liking, which did not match the example provided. My wife expected four colors because that is what she presented as an example. The owner printed the items in three colors. They inverted the red and white stripes on the one embroidered American flag and the owner did not see an "issue" with it. As a military member for the past 22 years with multiple combat tours, I have an "issue" with it. She refused to refund our money and accused my wife of being "one of those people" . The owner was so rude to my wife that she became upset thinking about having to return to pick up the substandard items.

I ordered a variety of…read moreitems in late November 2013 --- the order was not completed in the time frame they stated, they were rude/rushed when calling to check on the order status, and when I received my items, some were missing (they stated they thought they had been cancelled, but there was no reason to think that) and the work was BEYOND SHODDY and rushed. The quality of the shirts was cheap -- the white t-shirts you could see through. They blamed everyone but themselves with the quality AND the AWFUL screen-printing and embroidery work. The jacket I had embroidered, had the American flag clearly out of proportion and the colors were arranged incorrectly on the stripes. The edges were uneven on the ends of the stripes as well (a professional company would have tied it all together with a border to alleviate this issue.) The screen printing work left the edges uneven in certain spots of the large American flag on the logo, as the machine must not have been aligned correctly when printing. There were actual GAPS between the screenprinting in the stripes and where the navy blue and stars lined up with the rest of the flag. The logos were also printed below the chest level, where they usually are. A complete ABOMINATION of the American flag on shirts of a military unit. Denise, the owner, took forever getting back to me about a refund and then in the end, refused to refund the order. This company takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for themselves and their shoddy work. Denise never replied to the Better Business Bureau complaint I filed either -- it was closed as unresponsive, leaving their current BBB rating at a D. Their works speaks for itself clear as day on the shirts, sweatshirts and misc apparel they produced for us -- and so does their quality of customer service with their rude/rushed approach. The entire experience with them was shoddy and Denise knows very well they rushed the order, yet still refuses to take responsibity for it. I am now seeking my full refund through the local court. The shirts don't lie. BUYER BEWARE! Take your hard earned money to CAMELOT! (PS -- Denise rudely stated she has only had one other complaint in her lengthy time in business. The name of this company was recently changed -- it's prior name being All Around Embroidery at the same address --- and there were a variety of online complaints about the business under the old name.)

Gary was able to take our custom designed fonts and logos and match them perfectly to create screen printed t-shirts and hoodies in a variety of different colors and styles. We then decided to have jackets made with our logos embroidered. Gary took the time to sit down with us, listen to what it was we were looking for, discuss different options, send us proofs/samples to make sure it was exactly what we wanted before putting it on our clothing, and then created beautifully embroidered jackets that met all of our expectations. We did a good amount of research into screen printing and embroidery places before choosing where to have our stuff done. Straight Stitch has the highest quality product, in the quickest turnaround time, for completely reasonable prices. We will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone!

Avoid this Printhouse at all costs! I had an order of 200 units and roughly half of the order was…read moreunusable. Took it up with claims and they did not want to remedy the situation. 40/40 of the white tees I ordered arrived with the wrong color printed on them. Emulsion took responsibility and said it was there lack of attention to detail that caused the error, they reprinted and did the right thing. It only goes down from here. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness continued when I opened the box of hoodies. The embroidery on the front center was left of center and inconsistent through out the 40 units And I was able to use 5/40. 12/40 were the complete wrong color hoodie, and emulsion blames the distributor ( but how do you not make your customer more aware of this besides in the fine print ?) another 8 or so all had the threads pulling on them on the embroidery. 4 or so had blue die sneered on them that I was unable to remove with standard cleaning products. Chris from emulsion claims office declared that only 8 of the hoodies had issues and would reprint them. Now I'm left with more than 20 hoodies that I can't sell and scammed out of $600 (roughly). Additionally 30/80 crew necks I ordered are misprints and don't have full coverage from the screen printing. haven't heard back from them on this but assuming they'll take no blame once again. Chris is miserable to work with and actually said he didn't know why I was so upset. Maybe because my $4,600 order arrived in the worst condition out of any print shop I've worked with? The day that Alex guaranteed my items would be ready for pickup I had an email at 1pm from a production employee asking me to resend my files of the artwork (even though I had over a month ago and they were approved) safe to say my items weren't ready that day. Don't trust their guarantees on when your items will be ready for pickup or when they will return calls or emails. Scammy and sleezy team and company who takes no pride in their work!
