If you are looking for weeks to months to get your items fixed, not fixed at all, or given the…read morewrong items back, this is the place for you. I am literally shaking in anger. This place had three of my items for over six weeks and still fully charge me for stuff they couldn't even fix. To add insult to injury they tried to give me three phones that weren't mine. Let's not mention the wrong and missing phone case to go with it. The inside of that office is a joke and nobody should ever bring anything to this place at all whatsoever. Let's not even begin to start on the empathy and the professionalism because that was nonexistent. This is what happens when you try to keep local and give to small businesses. Just spend the extra money and go to corporate to get your stuff fixed. UPDATE - Got home and the screen of the phone, that went for a battery replacement, won't turn on. "New screen" looks great, dont it? Just gets better and better. circus
