This is more than just an inconvenience as my wife's CPAP machine needs to upload data every half-hour. We have had mulitiple nights were the machine has reported no data (ie that my wife has died) which causes her hospital to dispatch an emergency response team to our home while we are sleeping peacefully. The ERT is a fast acting, elite trained force of professionals who do not hesitate to break through windows and kick down doors. We have had to replace our bedroom window FOUR TIMES in the past two months. I will be sending the bill to Greenlight Wireless. One addendum: my wife wanted me to point out that though she needs a CPAP machine, she's not a landwhale. She's a normal sized woman. About 5'2 with enormous breasts. After about 4 minutes an new recording come on and said they have high call volume and couldn't help me and then disconnected. I did this 3 times and got the same results. On the fourth time I got into a que that said the rep would use dual authentication when the came on the line. I got that message 5 or 6 times but no rep came on. After being on hold for one hour, my home security system notified me the internet was back up. Never did get to speak to anyone. No option to speak with a person was presented. Tomorrow I will start looking into alternatives to Consolidated Communications. I would not even give my experience one star but zero stars was not an option.

I asked for the differences between plans and after a few questions was met with, "well, do you know what faster internet is?" Seriously, a pathetic excuse of human being. I'll be honest, if that's the standard for Verizon employees, that says more about their company than any review ever could. This isn't a one-off review either. This is a pattern of disturbing and disgusting behavior from their staff over the last 12 months -- before and after the move. The Monroeville store already had the reputation of being the worst store in the area, with the Penn Center location being preferable by most members of the community. Today, their employees confirmed why the community has turned against them. We'll be filing a complaint to Verizon directly but quite honestly, this should be a warning to steer clear of this store and the people they hire. When the store inevitably replies with the corporate canned, "Sorry we missed the mark. We strive to do better. Hope to see you next time," it'll show how little they actually care about the customer and making things better. Things need to change. We rented a modem/router from them for a month and then bought our own to avoid the monthly rental fee. Rita was a pleasure to work with and was always friendly, prompt, and kind. Whenever we needed a technician to come out (which wasn't often), someone came by quickly and completed any necessary repairs promptly and professionally. I definitely recommend Procom as a great choice for telephone and Internet needs.
