And when you show them receipts and proof of payment, they still don't deliver some of your items. When you ask for it to be canceled, they don't process that. When you dispute that with your bank and clearly win the case, they send you a collection notice and make you repay with the promise of refunding you immediately after, and guess what, they don't do that.
