To be completely honest, I was ready to leave a 1-star review after my first visit…read more The cashier was the only bright spot during my time in the store. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the exact opposite. They came across as uninterested and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. If you work in customer service, making customers feel welcome should be part of the job. A few days after my purchase, I received a text asking for feedback about my visit. I didn't hold back--I explained exactly how disappointing my first experience had been. Within minutes, I received a phone call from someone at the store who genuinely wanted to understand what happened. That immediately got my attention. I explained that I had driven over two hours because I had previously made an online purchase that went perfectly, and it gave me enough confidence to visit the store in person. I also shared my concerns about how I was treated by the parts department. He listened, apologized, and told me he would bring the issue to management because he genuinely cared about making things right. To me, that's what great customer service looks like. Anyone can make a mistake, but not every business takes the time to listen, follow up, and address a customer's concerns. On top of that, they have competitive prices and a great selection in stock. Because of the way they handled my feedback, I wouldn't hesitate to make the two-hour drive again. Hopefully, the service department improves, because the rest of the experience and especially the way management responded earned my respect.

Being a new rider can be an intimidating thing when trying to pick the safest gear you can but the guys here know what they sell and know what works best for each persona needs. February I purchased a top of the line Shoei neotec3 helmet with Sena Srl3 ( they installed free ) and it's been a fantastic helmet. Recently my helmet started getting harder and harder to close the modular portion as well as the shield. I called the guys at Speed Addicts and they said to come on down and they would check it out. After the long drive, I got here and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by smiling, friendly people. I explained my concern and immediately Tony and Alex started working on my issues. Within a few minutes they figured out my helmet needed a slight adjustment on the cam gears and just like that, my helmet was back to new condition as far as function. They wouldn't take money so the next best thing is to let everyone know how great the guys here are and how they live up to the reviews and videos online. Thank you Tony and Alex for helping keep me safe.

Nicco my man per usual worked his magic and made this deal happen. I've been going back and forth for a little over a month on which bike I wanted next. Nicco, per usual, was extremely patient and kept me in the loop about which bike would be best for me and my needs. Nicco has not failed me and I don't see it happening anytime soon. If you're looking for your first bike, second, or an upgrade, Nicco is your man and Wheels In Motion is where you'll find your next bike. Once again, THANK YOU NICCO!

I noticed them growing over the years and becoming an official factory-authorized dealer, so when I was looking to get back into riding, I decided to check out a pre-owned 2019 Yamaha MT-10 they had on the floor. Well, it looks like not much has changed in all these years when it comes to their pre-owned offerings. This bike (with around 10k miles) was in terrible shape. The chain was totally rusted out, the seat was broken, and the left grip was completely loose, indicating a poorly done replacement. The left-side engine case had rash--probably from a drop, which connects to why that grip needed replacement. On top of that, the battery was dead, the front tire was completely bald, the back tire was 4 years old despite having tread, and last but not least, the bike had an active, open safety recall. Yet, their asking price was for a bike in great condition. Whenever I pointed an issue out to the salesperson, he replied that they knew about it and intended on fixing it at the time it was purchased, which I highly doubt. I am pretty sure they would happily sell that bike as-is to an unsuspecting buyer. Otherwise, why not take care of those things to begin with if you plan on doing them anyway? It doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in a major dealership to see a bike in such poor condition on the showroom floor. My guess is they try to pass off a mess to someone first, and if it doesn't sell, only then do they start lowering the price or addressing the issues. It's a shady way to do business.

A great place for motorcycle gear!…read more After destroying the laces on my motorcycle shoes and ultimately throwing them out, I've been riding with a pair of slip-on Vans. Not long after doing so I decided it was time to buy another pair. Lazy, and not looking to drive too far from home, I came across this place on Yelp. I never would have guessed that there was a place close to me other than Cycle Gear. Immediately I rode over and arrived maybe 30 minutes before their closing time. It wasn't hard to find the place at all. I walked in and was greeted by Bryan, who showed me around and help me find what I was looking for. They have a good amount of protective gear available such as helmets, gloves, shoes, Kevlar jeans, and boots. They also have Quad Lock products and other motorcycle related things for sale. Prices on their website don't reflect the discounted price that this store sells gear at. Customer service was excellent, Bryan helped me and did not try to upsell me anything. Very cool dude. Parking wasn't hard to find as I arrived when most of the neighboring businesses are closed (I'm assuming). Plenty of spots in the front. I recommend this place to current and future riders!

I placed an online order for tires and tubes, but received a notification that the tubes had arrived while the tires were delayed. When I called, Brandon tracked everything down, confirmed the tires were arriving the next day, and arranged for me to drop my wheels off ahead of time so they could get started as soon as the tires came in. While I was there, I also needed a transmission pulley nut for the custom Harley hardtail with a 1989 Evo engine I'm rebuilding. Brandon helped me locate the correct part and ordered it with two-day shipping so I can keep the project moving. Their $40 annual membership is absolutely worth it. You receive substantial discounts, rewards on purchases, and other benefits and they also offer a military discount. Their connection with RevZilla is another major advantage for anyone who rides, works on motorcycles, or builds project bikes. Hands down, a great experience. Brandon was informative, thorough, and made sure every box was checked before I left. I highly recommend this location and definitely encourage riders to consider becoming a member!
