Turns out they make very good beer! I actually appreciate that they don't go overboard naming their beers. Most of them are named after their style/flavor i.e. Saison, IPA, Passion Fruit Sour. On my last visit the Hazy IPA was calling my name with 70 degree afternoon temps, and it was a patio pounder. Think the usual suspects when it comes to hops, fruity aromatics and flavor profile. With a lower IBU and sitting at 5.8%, it was the ideal beer on a sunny day. So much so that I had a few! Two fantastic bonuses here are the coffee and food programs. As soon as you walk in they have Bona Coffee Roasters, a fully functional coffee bar serving excellent coffee until 3pm most days. Outside you'll find McDevitt Taco Supply that has a great reputation in Boulder and Denver. And the long lines are a testament to their tasty tacos. One of the best places in Boulder to grab a beer. Bring a big group with you because they have the space to accommodate just about everyone. Sanitas, don't change a thing!
