Id say 3.5 stars. Affordable nail salon with quick service when you tell them you are in a rush. Workers were very kind and accommodating. Stars were docked for things not looking super clean/ wiped down. I'm a bit picky with cleanliness especially in the salon setting, so I normally do all the beauty/hair & nails stuff myself and ended up getting licensed for it too. I think if I remember correctly, pedicure spa tubs where you put your feet in should have liners? I don't see any. Though no one was using it. Equipments should really get a better spray and wipe down, saw prints and stuff stuck all over on their UV/LED lights that I was using with my gel polish. Went in on a Friday and had to return on a Sunday so they could fix two nails. The thumb was literally about to pop off and when I got there, she wanted to just redo a little refill and I showed her it was about to pop off and it did pop off, which is the one on the image. The other one was my middle finger nail and that one popped off completely so she had to redo the whole nail with the design and as you can see the design on the picture looks very poor quality compared to the other one. When I got there, I told them I needed to fix two nails and they sat me with another nail tech which told me it would be a little different and that if she did my nails, she would have to charge me. I asked her why if it was based off on their poor quality since it had only been a day and a half and of course she got upset and said that if I didn't want to pay that the original nail tech had to do my nails, which I had no issue with, but she should have said something from the beginning before she sat me down in the chair and told me she could fix them. so I waited for the original nail tech who did my nails on Friday and she told me she would redo those two nails. At the end i didn't have to pay anything and I did thank her, but she didn't respond. I'm assuming she was upset at the fact that I didn't pay for the redo of those two nails. Mind you I had already paid $104 for my pedicure and my nails on Friday plus tip (something that totally OPTIONAL) So I'm not sure why they wanted to get upset. read more

Look , I've been going here since I was 13 and I still go till this day . They improved a lot and a lot of them know me bc I never switch up to them . My nails always last abt 2 months and yes they will be times were they do cut ur toe nails pretty bad but you can always tell them to not cut ur nail and jus cuticles . This has been the worst place I have ever been too, customer service sucks, they're very dirty they used the same water I soaked my feet in while I waited 25-30 minutes and since i got tired of waiting i got up and left but my mom was also waiting to get assisted so i sat in the waiting area and a new customer walked in and sat in the chair i was sitting soaked her feet in the same water i had my feet in like wtfff they didn't even care to change it. Nobody helped my mother so we got up and left and nobody said anything or even cared to ask what was going on. This place is FILTHY! we're in the middle of a pandemic and this place is a whole mess. I came in on Saturday on the 6 of November & 3 fell off not even a week later. I came in to fix them & they have me wait 30min to a hour to fix 3 nails. After getting a pedicure which was a horrible experience here.Paid 33 bucks for pedicure and white toe tips and the rude (mean) lady didn't do everything she was suppose to that was suppose to be in package! ! Right after I left I started getting pain and red swelling in my toe and it got worse overnight to where it kept me awake in tears! Had to go to urgent care and said it got INFECTED! !!! If you want to get 3D nails done this is your place to go, the guy Jacky did an A1 job on my nails. I would definitely skip getting a pedicure here because I don't like there cleaning practices. They do not clean spa tubs or any tools they have used on you from previous person. The professionalism in this place is a subpar. One girl that works there has so much energy that when bringing a customer a bottle of water, it flew out of her hand and into the customers foot spa. I was mortified for the poor girl having her pedicure done. I will be calling the health department because cleanliness needs tons of work especially during a pandemic. There is also def no clean up before the next customer sits in the seat for a pedicure or full set of nails. Go in at your own risk. I'm very very picky about getting my toes done. Since I moved to Texas this has been my to go spot. I have ventured off a couple of times but they I never seem to like anyone's else's work. Note I ONLY do my pedicures here and eyebrows. That's it, the ladies here are very detail oriented and friendly. I would recommend coming during the week because they get super packed on the weekends. The only downfall here is that when they are busy they can rush through the. Pedi which is my pet peeve. But even then they always get me to come back. I always request this specific person, I can never seem to catch her name but she has a short bob and wears glasses.
