Since I started my membership with this location I had issues. I purchased the ultimate membership and shortly after decided to cancel due to the poor service, but my membership went through the next month. They lost my passenger side carpet, my bar code would not scan several times, and the employees are not friendly per the exception of the assistant manager. The last straw was going in on Saturday 11/3/18 and an employee by the name of Maurice became confrontational with me, over vacuuming my vehicle. I have never paid my money for a service and have been treated like I was a bother to someone. He got in my face, told me that I had to move my car, because I could not remove garbage from the vehicle in the vacuuming area. I stated that I was not aware of this, that I had only vacuumed my vehicle once before and no one said anything but there was no one waiting that if someone came I would move. I am a christian woman, and do not get in arguments with people. I say this because I said this to him in a very polite way and rather than changing his manner he stood there in a confrontational manner and I told him to leave that I did not want him working on my vehicle. None of the other employees there did anything to defend me. I felt verbally abused and in all honesty intimidated by his approached. I felt unsafe and disrespected. I was not going to complain, but was so shaken up that just the thought of him doing this to someone else made me call the manager. The manager Anthony came out and listened to what I had to say, but did not know what to do with the situation. Maurice continued being confrontational right in front of Anthony and at one point he had to tell him to back away. Anthony unfortunately did not know how to manage or control the situation. Even though he was friendly he is a very young person and did not appear to have the experience to know what to do in a situation like that. It seemed as if he himself was intimidated by Maurice. Anthony apologized for the situation and said that I should call his manager and let him know what happened. I did call the main office that Monday and spoke to Kasey and explained to her the situation. She was apologetic and took down my phone number in case Anthony's manager I believe she said Mike, wanted to speak to me. You would think that just as a courtesy he would give me a call, but I have not heard from anyone. I arrived home on this day shaking because I truly felt that Maurice was going to lose it and who could have stopped him from potentially attacking me physically. I decided to right this because today I drove by the business and saw Maurice at the establishment still fulfilling his job. I told Kasey that he was a business liability and any minute he could lash out at someone since its obvious that he can not control his anger. That's on them if they want to take this liability, but I will never be a customer there again. Just by the way they handled this situation clearly communicates to me, that the customer is not a priority. Ironically it should be because you can not have a business without customers. To anyone reading this, be cautious when conducting business with this company. read more
