I was a member from the opening of this wash, it was purchased from splash and that where it went bad. The wash is inconsistent, and actually damaged the car. When i filled out a claim in, they denied it even though It clearly was the wash. the "Manager" insulted me, threatened me and then "Banned" me. this is all from a phone call mind you, when i he blatantly said I do not know what I am talking about and "A car wash cannot damage a car". One on the most oscinine thing I ever heard/ So even after I was "banned" on the phone call, he kept goading me on and on especially when i said " Oh No, I am banned! You mean I cannot spend $500 a year for you to damage my car?? Oh no, I must now got to the other four car washes around here?? oh no"" So i hang up, go to Hoffman, which is cheaper . better. and has many more locations. but wait it gets better, I get a call from the local police department about some kind of incident??? I was like what are you talking about, this guy called ME at my home and threatened me and canceled me, yes, i had choice words for the idiot, but they went over the line. So far, i have had three people cancel!!! Hey splash, go away, we do not want you around here. I got a gift card for $150.00 from my husband for Christmas. This location does not take them because they were a knockout car wash and their system is not set up for them. When I signed up for unlimited the man put his own email and phone number in and when I said something about it he told me "you don't need that information". He then Put my plate number in wrong which I did not catch until my second visit. He said he corrected it but on the third and fourth visit I keep getting "bypassed" in by the attendant at the gate. I can't correct this because this mans info is on the account, and the website is useless. To make things worse every time I get the car washed the back end is still dirty. Got bamboozled by some kid who assured me a monthly membership could be cancelled at anytime. What a joke! Per the receipt you MUST send a letter to cancel, but they don't tell you where to send it. Sent a letter in the beginning of April to the headquarters address on the website to cancel and requesting confirmation. No response, card charged. Sent a message in the contact us section of the website, no response. Called 5/19 after I was charged AGAIN. Went thru the entire nonsense of getting the account cancelled. June rolls around, charged AGAIN! I don't even live in the area and have a membership to a carwash that is useless! DO NOT get a membership with them you will never be rid of it. I've filed a complaint and dispute with my bank in hopes of getting three months of Cancelled charges returned to me. read more

I canceled my monthly subscription via the company's automated system. They continued to bill me for months after cancellation and would not refund the money even though I had digital proof of the cancellation. The workers at the wash do not pay attention and one of them guided me onto the automatic track and my car fell off damaging the rim. read more

Pretty run-of-the-mill carwash that's more lights and show than anything. Car (2019 Audi Q5) came out looking worse than it did going in... Don't let the pretty lights and extra long tunnel fool you, it's nothing better than Hoffman's or Colonial right down 20. Plus, this area of Guilderland was already congested, now it's even worse! Getting through the payment kiosks was another pain due to the fact they don't have an express lane for people who want to just get in and out.. so you're stuck behind someone who's getting the whole runaround and the kid is explaining and upselling everything to them... let them do it at home! Apparently I'm not the only one with this complaint. The guys who get you into the tunnel are just lazy, unlike Hoffman's or Colonial, the kid barely sprays your car, and/or are on their cell phones or chatting with eachother not paying attention (pretty unprofessional). I saw their sign posted outside their entrance that says they're not responsible for damage to certain things like mirrors or cars OLDER THAN FIVE YEARS OLD! As far as I know, they should be responsible for anything factory installed on a vehicle. I went here because it's closer to home but now I'll just keep my membership at Hoffman's and drive the extra distance! On another occasion I went here with my girlfriend to give it another chance. No long lines this time, but the guys were chatting and not spraying the car down like they should. I ended up talking with Rick the owner who loves to blame the customer, not his carwash for various complaints like spots on the paint from chemicals (NOT hard water spots) or tire shine not working... He also said the guys spray down as they see needed due to their side blasters... other places spray it down regardless of how dirty or clean the car is and from what I can tell, they have that equipment in place as well! The employee who was at the entrance told me during his sales pitch that my car was filthy. Yes, I knew my car was dirty. Some birds used it for target practice. That's why I came to get it washed. The widening eyes and, "wow, your car is FILTHY" from the employee was mildly entertaining, but not really the way I'd like to be spoken to when I'm coming to a place of business to pay for a service. The wash also seems to have chipped the paint on my front bumper. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Loved it when it was Knockout. Fun to drive up to. July 4th they would celebration with flags. The guy would be dressed up and was so nice. Memorial Day had beachballs all over. Thanksgiving, Easter etc now nothing. They also increased their prices with no knowledge about it. When I asked they said there was signs all over the place. I never saw a sign and I go there 2-3x's a week. Im thinking about canceling my monthly subscription. read more

I've been here multiple times and every time I have to ask to get my car rewashed because it doesn't clean it. I went through twice this last time and again it didn't clean my car. Car wash itself is good. Price is on par. Vacuum is good, and the little air gun (for blowing dust and gunk out of places) is really neat. I REALLY don't care for idea that they seem to be recording my license plate number (it displays on the screen as my transaction is processed). If you value your car please do not go here. I have been a member of this car wash for a while. Took my car there one day with no scratches came out with scratches all along the top of my roof. When I went to report it to the manager he was very dismissive and rude going as far as to tell me I was lying about the damage, taking no responsibility at all. The next day I spoke to Nathan who went over footage of my car being there still taking no responsibility of the damage that was done only to tell me l should go someplace else for my carwash services. The customer service I received was horrible, so horrible to the point when they would prefer to deny, deny, deny rather than take any responsibility. I was yelled at when I was there and was made to feel that I was less than and should take my business else where. They are rude, disrespectful and prejudice so if you are a young honest working black female with a nice car, please don't go there... As a follow up to my negative experience yesterday the owner Richard has called me several times since my post demanding that I edit, remove and down play the way I was treated yesterday. Wanting me to remove anything negative in my review, stating he is not liable for anything that happened to me and or my car and or the way I feel I was treated. I told Richard his associate told me to leave they will delete my account and don't come back. When I told Richard this he said "I wld have told you that too". They continue to harass me and continue calling my phone threatening me Richard going as far as to tell me he is so sick of all this black stuff on the news and black people claiming racism..
