    Over the course of 6 months and traveling for work to different houses, I ended up last Monday not…read moreonly scraping the front side of my car but actually cracking the front bumper and side fender. I was furious with myself. I had remembered Daniel as being honest and forthright in another interaction I had with him and my old vehicle but for insurance purposes I had to go through another place. I brought my car to Daniel for an estimate and explained the situation. Daniel immediately got online and priced out the parts needed and estimate. I was able to bring in my car the next day. Over the next 3 days his crew of guys got the parts ordered, primed, painted and put back together. I was able to get my car back for the weekend. They were washing and cleaning the entire vehicle as I came to pick it up. I was super impressed with the price and quality of work. Daniel and his guys work hard. He started his business out of his driveway and you can tell his passion for what he does comes through in every aspect of his work. I would have liked a little more communication on readiness but knowing how hard they were working to get my car back to me Friday night it was entirely understandable. I can't recommend his shop enough. What a gem to find and support your local business. Muchas Gracias!

    Took the car here as an authorized service shop for Vinfast. The work that needed to get done was…read morea software upgrade which was supposed to be a job that lasts a few days. In total the car was in the shop 44 instead to my disappointment. Contributing factors included Vinfast's transitioning to this new support model and potentially supply chain issues, since parts are coming from Vietnam. But to the shop's scope of responsibility, there needs to be improvement in the following areas: customer communication, service intake, quality assurance testing and customer handoff. For Customer Communication - they need to be proactive, I found myself calling for updates instead of being proactively updated. Many times when I call the tech is not available. Service Intake - I scheduled an initial appointment only to be told I should drop the car in the morning instead of the afternoon, which was scheduled by RepairWise (the appointment vendor they use) Qualify Assurance Testing: I drove off and found some functions are not working. They did a software update and took 45 days. There should have been thorough testing. Customer Hand Off - they should have reviewed what was done to the car and the features of the new update.
