I have been going to Collision Craft and seeing Phil for many years and will continue to return to him over and over again. I am on the road quite a bit and have had some unfortunate accidents by people hitting me from the back and needed multiple repairs more than a handful of times. I can't say enough about Phil and his quality of work. He handles everything with pure professionalism. Extremely detailed in his work and works well with insurance companies. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that you understand everything and keeps you updated throughout the whole process. If you want your job done to a perfectionist and extreme detailed level, Collision Craft is the place. This is definitely where they excel the most and returning your car in perfect condition. If you want it done the right way this is the place to go. Thank you Phil! read more

Suspicious insurance activity that went on after my car was repaired! I am not sure that this is a legitimate business! I would ask the owner, Phil for his business license. The place seems like a storage facility and I don't see where any body work or paint could be performed there. BEWARE!!! read more

Great service! Vehicle repair was quick and painless with no extra markups. Would totally recommend this place for quick, quality repairs.

I contacted Phil to replace the front bumper on my 2019 Ram truck as I hit a large rock and it was damaged pretty bad. It was a complicated job due to the multiple parking sensors and the multiple brackets involved and he did an excellent job and I'm very happy with the work. He was friendly and very detailed in explaining what he did to make things better. I will definitely reach out to him again for future work. read more

Phil really went above and beyond. I had gotten my truck into an accident which I presumed left it unfixable. Phil not only put it back together, he sourced parts, made calls and got everything lined up to RESTORE it back to the way it was before the accident. Really cant stress how good of a job he did, check the pictures out. read more

A friend who routinely uses Collison Craft through his company referred me to Phil. I have a limited edition Yellow 2015 Crosstrek that gets excellent care and maintenance. The car incurred some minor front end damage. The quote and turnaround time ended up being right on the money. The actual body work and paint was even better! Phil is a really nice guy, fair, and easy to communicate with. From the reviews I see here, people seem to agree. I would highly recommend Collison Craft to anyone in the area. Thanks Phil! read more

I have to give these guys a Fiver -- the bottom line is that they're easy to communicate with, are willing to help find aftermarket and second-hand parts (needed, in this case, because Ford has discontinued their parts for this 1996 Ford Ranger), and have been willing to help me with delivery and towing, etc. My uncle had a stroke and smacked his truck. His auto insurance wasn't willing to repair the damage because the vehicle was too old, so we were kind of cut adrift. We found Collision Craft by following leads from the auto dealers, who sent us to repair shops who really didn't want to deal with us, since I was looking for a repair job to just 'get by'. I know that this is sometimes asking a lot, but the guys at Collision Craft really were great about understanding what I wanted, working with me to meet those goals, and keeping me in the loop about all costs and decisions. They are even delivering the finished vehicle back to my uncle's home, since I don't live nearby. They have been a pleasure to work with. I hate working on car problems, so they've been a breath of fresh air. They work in a weird conglomeration of shops and warehouses down at the end of Broadway in San Pablo, and I had trouble figuring out their access codes. The first couple of times finding them was strange, but intriguing. This area must have been built back in WWI, but it's a busy place. Cool. read more

I was referred to Collision Craft by an agent at my insurance company. I was rear ended which caused me to rear end someone else. The result was some damage to the front right headlight and back right taillight and bumper. Working with Phil was a pleasure--he's a nice guy and he was very up front and honest about pricing. He even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. I was very happy with the service and it was great to know that there are good, trustworthy folks out there like Phil who can help navigate the often difficult world of car repairs. read more

Thank you Phil. I needed my front bumper repaired and I could not be any more pleased with the results. I was not expecting it to be done in one day because parts needed to be ordered but it was. I could not have asked for more of a amazing experience. He kept me informed the whole time. Love it. Would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again for great experience. read more

Long Story Short, My coworker backed up into my car, and Collision Craft came to check it out and gave me a quote. I didn't hear from them for awhile because of the insurance that my company had was taking awhile to send a check, so both being patient, they sent the check over to Collision Craft and I ended up taking my car that got hit to a different body shop. But my other car, which I had fallen asleep in and magnificently screwed up the left side, needed repair. So I took it there and they let me use the credit from the previous car on it. I did have to pay extra, but that was for the extra costs from more damage! They gave me a huge break because, I am only a full-time student and a part-time worker, which extremely helped me out! I originally only paid for two new doors and paint, but they fixed my quarter panel to better than new, fixed my bumpers that had dents and cracks in them and repainted them! They're amazing people who do AMAZING work! Thanks again! read more

Phil does only great work. I had a very expensive car with a front bumper damage. All other places wanted to only replace and paint a new bumper. Phil restored an existing bumper which now looks brand new. Really good paint job and helped me save over $1000 read more

I referred someone to Phil and their experience was top notch. First; Phil was/is honest. Another garage gave this person an outrageous quote including work that didn't need to be done. Phil had the work done in the time he committed to and the work was done professionally. The car look like it was never damaged. Phil also helped this person with navigating transportation while her car was out of commission. See Phil for your car work. You will be very satisfied. read more

Great local body shop. They only do perfect work, and most of the times I see them working on brand new vehicles. Phil is a great guy but more importantly very knowledgeable! I recommend this body shop to all my family members and friends read more

I have come to Phil several times. I always had a great experience. Today he fixed a broken mirror and charged me only $10 after materials. I was able to get help right away and didn't have to wait one minute. I recommend Collision Craft to anyone, even if you live far from San Pablo. read more

I couldn't be more happy with the beautiful results. After being involved in a hit and run on the freeway, my car was sideswiped. I have a 2013 silver civic. I was referred to Phil at Collision Craft. I can't say enough about this body shop. My car looks brand new and the paint is matched perfectly. If you want professional high quality treatment on your car this is the place to go. Thank you again Collision Craft for your excellent work! read more

Al looked at my ten year old car with low mileage and body damage. My goal was to fix up the car to trade it in. He advised me that the cost of the repair would not increase my trade-in value enough to justify the expense. He was honest and straight-forward. Dealing with him was a pleasure. I recommend him highly. read more

We took my girlfriend's 15-yr-old BMW in to repair a dented quarter panel. They were great. Lowest bid, and the work was done exactly in the time promised. The paint matched perfectly, and the car looked untouched. Everyone was super nice and professional. Highly recommend. read more

I was referred to a different body shop by AAA, after I was rear-ended by one of their insured at a stop light. I never heard of this shop, so I decided to do some research to find the best option possible. After speaking with some people through my social media channels, Phil over at Collision Craft came highly recommended. I am glad to say that the work he did on my Ford Truck was absolutely awesome!!! He went the extra steps that other places just won't do, and my truck looks just as good as new. Thanks Phil read more

A business that does what it promises on time and at a fair price is a rarity. Collision Craft will get my business without reservation. My estimate was true and honest and was not extortionate. I will spend my hard earned money with an honest man any day............. read more

we maintain several fully restored vintage convertible Volkswagen bugs. when 1 of the bugs was backed into, it was nearly impossible to find a body shop on the list of ^^^ approved body shops that repaired classic cars as well as color matching the custom color paint. 1 of those shops referred me to Phil at Collision Craft and I'm thankful they did. I called Phil and asked if he had limitations on the types of cars he repaired and if he was able to color match he said," yes, we work on all cars from classics to current, color matching's not a problem. " I brought the bug in the same day for an estimate. When I walked in his shop, I knew that he was the one to do the work. He was repairing a completely restored 65 galaxy that was showcar clean. The car had been hit in the rear quarter and he had cut the skin off to weld in another panel as well as giving him access to pound out the damage behind it. amazing skill and talent. Phil gave me updates on the progress of the repairs as well as the delay in the delivery of parts etc. In the end the bug looked better than it did, you couldn't find any indication of the hood ever being dented in as he hammered the dent out opposed to filling it with tons of body filler. if you have a car that you love and need paint or body work from a shop you can trust,Collision Craft is 2nd to none. you don't find craftsmanship like this anymore. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself. you'll thank me later for writing this review. read more
