The owner didn't mention ay additional charges. When I went to the shop , the owner told me I need to pay additional $40 dollars for oil recycling which is not mentioned on the groupon website. I told him I can accept the charge and I need the receipt with the $40 additional charge to follow up with groupon about it. The owner said I am not interested in the deal anymore and asked me to leave and get a refund from groupon. I also noticed the owner increased the break fluid flush price on groupon from $160 to $240 after I left the shop today. It's a really bad experience for customers that the owner can change his mind and reject the service. Update for owner's review below "a vehicle that is directly not covered in the advertisement" , groupon adversisement doesn't mention any special vehicle price. After the owner told me to charge additional $40, I was confused and later accepted the charge while telling him to get the receipt for reference then I can follow up with groupon. After that, the owner refused to do the service. I guess the owner don't want his practice to be exposed to groupon. The owner could have listed the additional charge on the groupon website in the beginning to let customers be clear about all the cost. My scheduled appointment meant absolutely nothing until I complained and I was not interested in a rushed oil change... If your business can't honor appointment times, don't offer appointments. Respect your customers' time. I would not recommend taking your business here. I certainly won't be back.

I found out about this place through AAA-- my first experience with them was when I stupidly hit a pole trying to back out of a driveway and ruined the front left light of my car. They repaired it good as new, and were extremely courteous. Jr took the time to show me where they'd be working on the car, and called with updates. Just months later, I came back to my parked car to find the left rear view mirror dangling from a wire-- no note, nothing. Fortunately, it was still attached and nothing had broken. After driving around with it taped with the strongest tape I could find, I brought it by and they glued it right back on-- as a courtesy! Very friendly, good service, great results. Who does that in the auto body industry?! Don also went above and beyond to find an OEM bumper for me, transparently sharing the vendor details. He also agreed to touch up small paint chips on my doors and roof as part of the job without any additional cost! Wow! The new bumper looks fabulous! I was really concerned that the color would be different from the original and that it would always bother me, which I discussed with Don. He totally understood and told me he had a background in automotive painting and that he would personally make sure they achieved the best color match possible. The bumper is a little darker than the original, and it looks very good. I was really relieved when I saw it--both the color and the fit! Now my car looks wonderful. Thank you, Accurate Auto Body! They also made the rental process effortless through their arrangement with Enterprise. When I picked up my car, it was spotless inside and out (cleaned exactly as I requested on the inside with no chemicals) and even came with a goody bag!
