Ed from ford took really good care of me when I went to pick up my new hard top Bronco Outerbanks. It took 2 years for them to deliver, but I will say they kept sending me gifts and updates on the status of my truck. Once I picked it up, they had it dust off, and a full tank. Now I'm Letting go of my youth, because for 20+ years I have been very faithful to the jeep Chrysler family... I went through 3 jeeps, all manual and that's all I loved!!! Unfortunately, there are just so many out there and can't believe they are all pretty much automatic! For a real experienced Jeep girl, a automatic Jeep isn't acceptable. So it was time to let go of my youth, and move on. Now, I am 40 and this is my first automatic car and hoping I don't find it boring ! Once again, Ed and his Ford crew treated us really good! He was very patient, I got what I ordered, and for a great deal, less than 50 because it was ordered before COVID! They were happy with a sale and I was happy with my buy! Thank you Ed read more

Colley Ford - Hello to my new car, after waiting for 2 years - Auto Repair Near Me - Glendora, California

See all

I have been thinking, of late, about trading in my 2017 Lincoln Continental. That I had bought for my Mom for Mother's Day. My Mom was only able to drive the car for two years before becoming ill. I've held onto the car for over three years since her passing. Though I have been a loyal customer, for over 30 years, of a Ford/Lincoln dealership in Duarte. I wish to purchase my next vehicle closer to home. I recently stopped by at Colley Ford to look at the 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum and ST trim. As I once owned a 2015 Ford Explorer ST. They only had the Platinum on the lot. As the ST was no longer on the lot. As I was leaving I ran into Rocky Lakhani. I told him a little of my story. It turned out that Rocky once worked at the dealership where I had purchased the Lincon. Rocky was never pushy. Even after he knew that I would be visiting another dealership. A little further from Colley Ford. I have yet to visit the other dealership, as I may decide to wait to look at another model that will be coming out in 2026. That is not a Ford. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I am a little concerned about some of the other reviews about the service at Colley Ford. Service is a key item for me. That is the reason I was searching for a dealership closer to home. If you're interested in purchasing a vehicle at Colley Ford, please ask for Rocky. read more

I have had my issues with their communication BUT Kyle and Gary have restored my faith in their service Dept. They handled my recall issues the first time not only fast but at least a day earlier than expected. Truck was not was done fast but also cleaner than when I dropped it off. Yes it took FORD forever to get the parts in (over 3 months) but I cant blame Colley for that read more

The staff at Colley Ford are professionals to the bone! It's refreshing to work with a dealer that cares about their clients overall satisfaction. Rocky Lakhani, my sales rep, did an excellent job with follow up communication pre-sale and post-sale. Lou the sales manager was very transparent with putting a deal together that worked for both of us, without the extra tug of war one would experience at most dealers. This is the second Raptor I have purchased from them and I've yet to be unhappy. Thank you very much for taking care of me! read more

Pretty good dealership and Rocky is one of the nicest guys I've dealt with at a dealership. Super transparent and not pushy at all. He explained things clearly, and didn't try to rush or pressure me into anything. Just really easy to work with and felt like he genuinely cared. Definitely recommend if you want an easy experience, and the service department folks are great too, recently dropped off my car for service and they were very nice! read more

My wife and I have been researching smaller trucks to replace our old (1998) Tacoma when our son and brother-in-law both recommended the Ford Maverick. As part or our research, we went to our nearest Ford dealership (about 2 months ago) where we brought our Explorer in for maintenance. That was over 12 years ago, When we arrived we walked around the lot to see if there were any Mavericks to view. We were greeted immediately by Rocky who stated he remembered us and our Black Explorer from 12 years ago!!. I vaguely remembered him but he remembered us and our car. We told him that were considering a Maverick and he sat us in his office giving him our wants and needs and in return gave us a wealth of information on that truck. Since we we were only in for research and with no intent of making a purchase, there was no high pressure sales tactics. We exchanged information so we can contact him if we had any more questions or him contacting us if a used Maverick came in. He tried contacting us a week ago but we were out of town. My wife finally returned his message and it was to let us know he had transferred to Colley Ford so that we can update our contact info. We let him know that we have put our pursuit of a Maverick on hold. He said he'll keep us on file so that if on comes in that fits what were looking for in a Maverick, he would let us know. I've been in the customer service business (Retail Management)for 35 years and Rocky exceeds the expectations for customer service (work, systems and procedures, follow up and most important of all, treating the customer with value!!! It's that kind of service and attention that keeps bringing back the customer ( and referrals by those satisfied customers) Thank You Rocky!!!!! read more

Don't recommend coming for service or parts. Came to buy a quart of oil and a gallon of antifreeze and they over charged me 17$ . Went back to complain and didn't really help. Also got an oil change here once and they didn't fill up to the right limit, it was still missing a quart of oil. Your better off going to chino or upland ford this ain't the place to go . Would rate a 0 if I could read more

Internet sales team is a joke. Jose Lopez seemed indifferent when we spoke, only caring about getting me on the lot. Mike Sheridan tried hard sell tactics over email, then had a very condescending attitude when I saw through his charade and didn't immediately fall in line with what he wanted. Even after telling them that they lost my business through their attitude, they contacted me again to tell me the vehicle is still there and that their "other buyer" might not be able to buy the vehicle after all. Will be taking my business to other dealerships. read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THEY LIE ABOUT PAPERWORK TO GET A SELL AND WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES!!!! I paid cash for a 2018 F150 less than a week later the fuel system dies in the middle of an intersection. FORD fixed it. Two years later it happened again still under powertrain warranty. They refused to fix it this time charging us an absurd amount of over $850. I paid for powertrain warranty they claim fuel system failure is not covered. I also purchased a 2020 F150 two days after the 2018 truck. I put over $25,000 down on the 2020 paid for bumper-to-bumper extended warranty. It's currently at the dealership for several problems one including it needs a new transmission which they are going to replace under warranty. The rear differential is leaking oil on both sides of it. They just called and said I I owe $875 to fix it so my question FORD why do you sell me something and tell me it has bumper-to-bumper warranty and then tell me it does not cover that. So you're lying to your customers telling them they're gonna pay thousands of dollars for an extended warranty that fix everything bumper-to-bumper and when something does go wrong you tell them they owe you money and that's not covered. Where is the fine print that I signed that says that this is not covered. I've gone through all of my paperwork. I have bumper-to-bumper warranty and it says nothing about the differential not being covered. I callled two other ford deals around and asked how much a leaking differential would cost to fix the leak $350 wow!!!we should call you colley scam really you tell me over $850 Long story short this is how COLLEY FORD treats their customers after they spend $100,000 in two days. Update since my last review crank case sensor has gone out. And my horn sounds like a clown car out of nowhere. read more

Called to schedule service- left a message. Intolerant guy who called me back has no respect for diversity and people who are not exactly like him. He spoke very fast and I struggled to understand him. I asked him to slow down for me and asked my question again. He would not slow down. I asked him 3 times to please slow down. He spoke so fast and I couldn't understand him, he asked me, "What part do you want me to slow down on?" Maybe some DE&I training is due, or at minimum, training on emotional intelligence. read more

Where do I begin. I bought my ford maverick here waited almost a year to get it. When I get an email from Ford saying it was delivered I called the dealership to see where it is to find out. They almost selling it if I would've waited another day, it would've been sold after putting down the down payment and all. Taking it for a recall, setting up an appointment and later on at the end of the day find out they don't have the part when I called to complain I spoke with Lee the manager his response was why do you keep coming back here. So from their words, not mine go to another Ford dealership.. this is after two years of going here. Trying to give it no stars but yelp don't allow it. read more

My experience at Glendora Colley Ford has consistently been great. Recently (12-12-24 and 12-18-24) at the Service Department, I had the pleasure of working with Juan Acevedo, Service Advisor. Juan Acevedo was very courteous, professional and attentive to what I wished to have inspected and/or replaced on my 2016 Ford Edge Titanium. Juan Acevedo's estimated time to complete the job was "right on" and afterward, I was able to get to a medical appointment on time. Juan Acevedo has excellent customer service skills and Juan goes the "extra mile" to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks Mr. Acevedo. read more
