They fired up the saw and cut the bone down into sizable segments and trimmed the shank for me. I thanked them a ton since they definitely went out of their way for me I felt. I honestly didn't pay attention to the price, I was just happy I got all the ingredients I needed, in addition I picked up a pack of bacon cheddar burgers. Everything was ~$20 at the end, so not bad in my opinion.

My steaks were cut incorrectly as I ordered bone in ribeyes, cut at 3/4" (they are boneless), sirloins cut at 1/2" thick, t-bones/porterhouses cut at 3/4". Every steak was 1". After spending a mint on the beef and paying $484.96 to have them screw it up, I will not be a repeat customer here. This was my first experience and I will not be back. I will be calling to lodge my complaint and resolution with someone who can resolve/make reparations for their failures. Unfortunately, I like the farmer who raises the beef I buy and he only takes cattle here for slaughter. I am going to have to find another farmer and processor. 1 star because I got some of my meat back and one star for the vacuum pack, but there cannot be anymore due to their negligence.
