I haphazardly started following along to one of the videos even though my intention was to just lay on the floor in the heat. needless to say, it was amazing. I'm not someone who regularly works out and I'm not even someone who likes the heat but I knew the infrared would be good for my tired muscles. Somehow, the infrared sauna makes it easier to move. And strangely, even though you're sweating, you feel so much cleaner afterward because your pores have just released everything! Make sure to drink lots of water so you don't pass out but I highly recommend this particular location. Everyone is so friendly but if you want to work out in private, like I did, the app is so useful in being able to see if anyone else is in the sauna you would like to book. There are even fun monthly challenges on little pamphlets you can fill out to help keep you motivated and going in on a regular basis. I really like that it's not weight oriented and more just about getting your body moving.

I'm sure there are better spots to swim, but this place looks like it gets the job done. Dog friendly everywhere except on the beach itself. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Doggie clean up bags are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.

This park is great for children. It's a mere mile north of downtown Nashua. Follow Main Street…read morenorth and it turns into Concord Street. The park is on both sides of the street. On the left side of the street, there's a wading pool that's clean and well maintained. Just yards/meters away from that is a good playground - slides, swings and a climbing structure. It's fairly shaded, too (the pool area isn't). Just yards away in the other direction is a bathroom building. This is a real bathroom with real running water,not portapotties, has a male and a female section. The rest is a huge open area surrounded on its edges by lots of picnic tables and bbq pits. On the right side of the street, there is an open-air stage. They do Shakespeare in the park and many other events that are all free. They show movies on Friday nights at sundown during the summer. Just prior to the movie, they have some or other kids' entertainer. Beyond that, there are tennis courts and a baseball diamond. This is a place to take the kids.
