Despite the MRI being ordered for spinal stenosis, any competent radiologist should have noted a large, clearly visible lesion. It wasn't until my neurosurgeon took an X-ray that the mass was flagged as concerning, prompting further imaging. Additionally, this facility filed my insurance incorrectly twice, and when I returned, there was no acknowledgment or apology for such a serious oversight. If you need imaging here, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion or requesting a different radiologist to review your scans.

Ok so I went here for a CT Scan - first saw their booth at the State Fair. He never had a complete physical yet and this wd be a great start - so I also wanted one even tho I get annual physicals - I know if Jason Witten is a spokesperson this must be a legit company and it is! We both set up an appt and our 2 heart and Lung scans only cost $99 for two people as a couple. Low and behold after the Scan we both found out things about our health we needed to be alerted to! He had a heart artery blockage and I had a leak in a breast implant . We found out fast and went to our personal physicians after our findings and got taken care of. This is LIFE SAVING -EXACTLY LIKE THEY SAY!' we are so glad we both went. Just go and get yours done -it was easy and fast and the people are caring, knowledgeable, and great. They also have lifetime packages or short term packages that you can take advantage of for savings on future CT Scan costs too. (Normally costs for CT scans are over $1000 -$2000 per area. The info that I had from the fair was all that I ever received. The price for the CT was pretty fair,but it's obvious that the goal is to get you to upgrade to the more expensive package deals. As others have mentioned, the "health consultant" that you meet with prior to your service is actually a sales person with no healthcare background. Also, you have to request your images as they do not come with the final report. The experience was a little off-putting, but I did get some insight from the heart scan.

Details: Envision Imaging is conveniently located on Plano Pkwy near Marsh Lane. Gorgeous and sparkling clean medical office building. I had an MRI and CT Scan this week at Envision Imaging. Nurse was professional, a good communicator, friendly, and cheerful. It is wonderful to have a nurse who smiles and can relax a patient. Nurse explained everything in an easy way for me to understand. I appreciate her expertise and her willingness to have short conversations with me. She gently inserted the catheter that was used for contrast dye. She also gently removed the catheter after the procedures were complete. MRI and CT technicians were also professional and good communicators. They also explained everything ahead of time so I knew what to expect. Two days later I returned to Envision Imaging to pick up my CD-ROM of previous imaging. I also picked up a CD-ROM of the MRI and CT that Envision Imaging performed. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. They quickly provided the 2 CD-ROM that I ask for. Thank you to the entire staff at Envision Imaging on Plano Pwky. You can use both entrances, but if you use the parking garage, you have to ring the bell so they let you in. The have a snacks and coffee counter for you to raid when you are done with whatever it is you need. I had imaging with contrast, and so I wasn't supposed to eat before my appointment. I had a coffee and a snack before I left and a little bottle of water. When I had to come back to bring my imaging disc to my referring doctor, it was just a quick call and it was ready for me by the time I came to pick it up on my way,which was about 20 minutes! I am a DCC fan, so it was so cool to see a DCC name in the CT scan room (although unfortunate that she had to get a scan!) Whenever they have athletes in,they can sign the wall.
