After two or three weeks, he started warming up to the other dogs and started to get excited about going. Now he acts like he runs the place and is like a completely different dog. He gets tons of exercise and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. He paws at the door when we get there and can't wait to see everyone. I love the webcams because I can check in on him whenever I want. They offer special lunch time snacks and have lots of events, like bubbles and puppy art. I can't say enough about how much we both love this place!

She kicked our dog out of boarding for "lunging at" another dog that she brought into the room without a slow introduction, expected us to pick her up immediately when we were on vacation, and refused to provide a refund for the night of care we didn't use. She kept our dog in a non-dog-proofed "she shed" by herself for several hours after the incident and was upset that our dog caused damage to that space. I do not think it is unreasonable to expect that a dog boarding business that cares for multiple dogs has a plan for when dogs don't get along, and that such a business should be able to handle incidents without expecting folks on vacation to drop everything to come get the dog.

They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. Nancy fell in love with my boy Liam and he allowed her to brush him and seemed very happy by all the pictures I got. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing. Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him.
