It's cute inside, grab and go style. I've heard great things about this place and have been wanting to try for a while. I got a donut, cinnamon roll, breakfast bun, and coffee cake. The breakfast bun was delicious!!!! It was the perfect blend of seasoning, egg, meat, bread. The coffee cake was dissapointing, I just felt like it was lacking flavor and could benefit from being a little smaller. The donut was one of the most light and airy donuts I've ever had. The cinnamon roll was just mid, nothing to write home about. I'd definitely come back and try some more things.

Amazing bread and pastries. Well done, high quality, artisanal. Service is always friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but it's not a stay and eat kind of place anyway, you grab and go. Get your stuff early, go home and enjoy it there. And you will enjoy whatever you get. The place is cute and decorated in a way that is welcoming.

Great local bakery that I can't imagine getting any better is now open. This morning I arrived to a small line of three to four people ahead of me. When I placed my order for a blueberry scone and brioche tart and sourdough ( I was only planning on purchasing the sourdough) I found out that I purchased the last loaf. The person behind me asked for a loaf of sourdough and was told they were serving brioche and it was on rotation. The sourdough was perfection. Just out of the oven fresh. The brioche tart barely made it home. It was very good as was the scone. I'm trying to save the blueberry scone for tea. I'm happy the owner, Sarah has found a place to make her own. I'm looking forward to seeing what she's has in store for the future. It seems I got there just in time this morning. When I left there was a small line of about eight. There are a few barstools outside for seating. Parking is limited so prepare for that'. UPDATE: Yes, an update an entire day after my first visit. Yesterday, I devoured the brioche tart so today when I went in for coffee I was on the lookout for that and the blueberry scone. Also, the nicest ladies working the counter let me know the brioche tart would be available in about an hour. They had just sold out of the tarts a moment ago. Now, the update the sourdough is CHEF'S KISS. Though I have been purchasing sourdough elsewhere it was nothing like this. The sourdough was damn good. Run don't walk. I also got a chance to get a latte today from the pop-up Mezcal.Atl. I ordered The Standard which has vanilla and cardamom. It was quite good. Subtle flavor. He is only there one more day.

Stopped by after coffee for morning snacks. Walked right in. Small bakery with somone upfront to help immediately. Didn't stay to eat, took pastries home. Savory carrot pastry was delicious. The blueberry frangipane pastry was overcooked, dry, and couldn't taste the frangipane. I'd go back to try more options.

Cute little bakery in poncey highlands. They have limited parking right near here, so keep that in mind. There are some other parking options close by so plan ahead! Everything is baked fresh and you can't go wrong with anything. I got the cinnamon roll and was super impressed! It was so soft and the frosting was the perfect amount of sweet.

The bread I bought was fantastic. I need to come back when it's nicer weather so I can sit on their porch. Would love for them to expand their beverage offerings - I would have killed for an iced coffee!

Wow this was awesome. We were actually driving by to a different bakery when we saw a line out the door and decided to try it out. I'm so glad we did--this place is so cute and had incredible baked goods. I got the strawberry galette and banana chocolate chip muffin. My bf got a brownie, lemon pound cake, chocolate chip cookie, honey biscuit and the banana chocolate chip cookie (major sweet tooth guy). The strawberry galette was insanely good!!! Everything else is delicious too. I also love how you can watch them baking behind the counter while you're waiting in line. Keep in mind that there's no indoor seating so it's best as a grab and go place but that's what I like about it. So glad we found this place!

Sourdough class

LOVE Colette. So excited to have this bakery in the neighborhood! Everyone in the store is very friendly and the pastries and bread are to die for. The shop is also very cute and small - it feels nice and cozy. I took a sourdough class here as well, which was amazing. Would recommend for beginner or advanced bakers! I don't really get the hype around this place - not as good as Alon's, for just as much money

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I don't know who's making this stuff but they are truly talented. I have to come back here again when I'm in Buckhead Village.

This is a bakery with a super cool selection of international cakes and collectibles. Japanese cream cakesC croissants, sweet-filled buns, on & on. We got our boba teas, a tiramisu, strawberry cream cakes to satisfy the sweet tooth(s), but I was so excited to see a chicken korean BBQ sandwich that I had to get one! OH-EM-GEE!! I will be back to the sandwich alone!! It didn't take too long for the hot sandwich despite it being nearly closing time on a Saturday. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. The diner itself isn't fancy, and the tables could use some consistent cleaning and clearing. You get plastic tableware and napkins on your own. But it was warm in a cold evening and had plenty of places to sit in the evening. I can imagine it gets pretty packed for lunch. Not sure.

I like the savory pistachios and the creamy and crumbly coconut cream. - Chocolate Chip Cookie: This was such a delicious cookie! Perfectly made in between soft and firm and textures. The sea salt on top was chef's kiss. The lines move pretty fast. There's nowhere to sit and lounge, so you would need to take these pastries elsewhere to enjoy. The staff is also really nice and patient when my friend and I were trying to decide on pastries. Overall, I think these pastries would do good in an air fryer/oven. I would come back, but bring the pastries home to warm and crisp them up a bit. I also really want to try their burger which is only sold on the weekend at certain times!

I was told to get here by 12:30pm because they serve the burgers at 1pm and the line gets long and they run out. Found out later in line from the person in front of me that they make 130-170 burgers and they sell them all. That's a lot of burgers. I thought it was all hype because I got there at 12:20pm and there was no line. I went in and asked to make sure this was the right place, the guy said to wait outside, they start selling it at 1pm. I was 1st in line. Waited 5 mins then went to my car to get my headphones. By the time I came back, 3 people were now in front of me. I guess the 12:30pm recommendation was valid. By 12:35pm there were 20 people behind me. I do not like waiting, so I'm glad I was early to at least be served 1st. Never been here before, they are busy. When I got here, it was packed with people buying bread and pastries inside. I didn't get to buy the sourdough bread. It was sold out. Apparently, the locals come every Sunday for this burger. I guess they hang a burger flag out when it's burger time some of the people in the line in front of me felt a way that they didn't do that this time. I guess they're getting comfortable and just trying to knock the rush/crowd out. I think coming at one would be fine if they're selling 170 burgers I think the problem is they don't limit the amount of burgers you can buy. At least I don't think so. Now for this burger. Not worth it. Not worth the wait or the hype. I'm still surprised how basic tasted. They need a housemate sauce or something on it. It's literally just one burger and pickles. If it was pack full of flavor and well seasoned, that would be enough. But it's not. The best part about it is the bun. And 30mins after eating the burger, I didn't feel so good. My stomach started hurting, and that was the only thing I ate all day. I avoid eating beef altogether, but I will here and there as of late. My boyfriend eats beef, but he started feeling sick maybe an hour later as well. I was disappointed because I didn't know they pre-make the burgers and just throw them in the bag. You can't customize it or anything. I think we got sick because the burgers were medium. They were not cooked well, and I always get beef burgers cooked all the way through. The way they're rushing you out of there like an express assembly line is crazy. I really wanted to wait to ask them to prepare me two, made well since they were making burgers as they were going along, I believe. I would have waited to have them made well but the way they were rushing you out, it just wasn't the place to ask for anything extra or additional and I don't like places like that. Too strict too many rules and you don't feel comfortable. Even though you're spending $70 on 2 burgers and some pastries. Compared to a pack of ground beef to make your own burgers, this is a lot. I bought two burgers $17 each, and 5 pastries to try because I won't be coming back here anytime soon. I will say, great pastry selection. I was talking to a guy in line and I asked him if he ever had the kouign amann. It looked good. He said yes, it was good, and the chocolate kouign amann, he's going to try as well. I purchased a chocolate kouign amann, a regular kouign amann, cardamom bun, a hazelnut bun, and monkey bread. I wrote everything down outside that I was going to buy so I didn't waste any time. I already spotted the monkey bread when I walked in. The woman packaging up the food was about to fix her face to say they didn't have any monkey bread, when they were clearly at the other end. Maybe that was her doing me a favor because I was highly disappointed in the monkey bread. I'm on a monkey bread kick, and I have been trying it at a lot of places. This one was not good. They sprinkle lemon zest on it, which kind of threw me off, and the bread itself was very dry even after warming it up, adding melted butter and honey. It still was not good. The best thing was the original kouign amann. The chocolate one was not good because they have chocolate on the inside kind of like moose or ganache, but it was overwhelming. It tasted like dark cocoa chocolate, and I thought the pastry was dark because the whole thing was chocolate, but it actually was burnt. A lot of the items looked burnt to be honest. I think the demand is getting to this place. The cardamom bun was just ok. The hazelnut bun was just an extension of the monkey bread to me. Not a fan. I remember growing up, we went to the local butcher and bakery to get fresh meat, bread, and pastries for cheap. I like the idea of a local bakery and butcher shop like this, but this place is not cheap. I'd skip this one.

For $26, I got a ton of food and 90% of it was absolutely delectable. And I say that with an 8-year-old in tow who enjoyed it too! Let's start with the never again item: the Flossy Bun. It's a popular Chinese pastry made with soft, sweet bread filled and topped with sweet and savory pork floss... allegedly. There weren't any descriptions, so I looked it up online. But let me tell you--no. Just no. I don't get how it's popular. Definitely a cultural preference, and it's not for me. I even paused mid-bite hoping I'd grow into the flavor. Nope. Then there was the Coffee Butter Cream Pastry. I thought at the very least my fiancée would like it since she enjoys coffee flavors. That was another miss. I even gave some to two little ones, and the faces they made reminded me of the time I tried canned octopus. That's how bad the flavor was. But now to the good stuff--because the rest? Fire. BBQ Pork Bun - Yummy! Not packed with meat, but enough to enjoy and super easy to pull apart. I really wish they offered a heated option for this, because that would've put it over the top. Japanese Milk Cream Bun - Super creamy. I do wish it had just a little more cream inside, but the bread was so soft and delicious, I honestly didn't care. Hot Dog Cheese Bun - I got this for the little one and I've never seen a child eat something so fast. I'm taking that as a solid win. Egg Tart - Grabbed this from the front warmer after watching another customer snag one. I had missed it earlier. Not totally my thing on its own, but when I got home and added a little chili paste? Devoured. Hong Kong Boba Milk Tea - I went with this instead of the brown sugar version and kind of regret it, but it wasn't bad at all. All in all, the prices are great, the flavors were mostly on point, and the man at the register was super friendly and open to answering questions. Yeah--I'm sold. Looking forward to coming back!
