I was in a bind and short on time and needed a gift engraved for my friend's graduation. Coleman Trophy came to the rescue! They accommodated me while most places wouldn't even think of looking at my request until a few weeks later. Coleman Trophy not only accepted the engraving job, they did it on site while I waited and at a very very reasonable price! Highly recommend them for their service, timeliness and overall courtesy.

Super helpful and accommodating, quick turnaround, and met my weird request for a very specific trophy. The recipient was thrilled!

What an awesome experience working with Trophy town! We had a gift for my father in law that we…read morethought last minute to have engraved and they took care of us. Communication was always quick via yelp chat or over the phone. We had asked if we could bring in the item the next day for same day work. Syed was amazing and accommodating. Although they were in the middle of moving their entire shop for a larger space and working on large projects, they were able to squeeze us in and get our engraving done fast in the font style, size, and location we wanted. Would definitely work with them again! Thank you Trophy Towne!

I brought him 8 redwood 8x10" plaques in which to engrave brass plates for some awards. He did an ok job, but for some unknown reason, he pried off one of the brass plates I had on the board. They were epoxied down ON PURPOSE, and he never consulted with me to remove it. They weren't MEANT to be removed. Plus they were on redwood, which is a VERY soft wood, so when I picked up the boards, it had gouges in the wood where they pried it off. Now I have to make a new board and I'm already in a time crunch. He never called or emailed me to check if that was ok. He just did it. He's a nice enough guy, but his communication and attention to detail is really lacking. So don't go here unless you're really desperate. UPDATE: as expected from his other reviews, he deflects. He can't own his mistake. You should NEVER do anything the customer didn't ask for without consulting with them first. The owner damaged my piece, plain and simple. I had to remove it, but I used a band saw and took it off cleanly without gouging into the wood. Don't go here folks.

Finding a company you can trust and feel good about to do the job as you envision requires a lot of faith. I'm so glad family-owned Mattos Monuments delivered on all counts! They have the tools and skills to create what you design and the quality of their work is exceptional. I was impressed by their prompt and courteous communication and professionalism. The entire process is spelled out very clearly. The online application they use to allow customers to view work in progress and allow for changes is very pleasant and easy to use. Lastly, their are very prices are very competitive and for their quality, beats their competitors (we did our due diligence in getting multiple bids). We had a large marker done for both our parents, mostly in Chinese. Mattos has several different fonts to select from and a uses a proofreader as well - more plusses. While our mom is still alive, we feel good knowing that almost everything is in place for the next eventual event. Thank you, Ryan and your team!

I designed a very particular headstone for my parents, with intricate details, designs and specific requirements. The team at Mattos took enormous care with every element, worked efficiently, and communicated clearly. Ali is a sweetheart who genuinely cares about her customers during what can be an incredibly emotional time. Two weeks ago, I visited the cemetery to see the installed headstone. While I'd seen photos along the way, I wasn't prepared for how beautiful it was in person. It's a stunning piece that honors my parents and gives us a beautiful place to visit them. I cannot recommend Mattos Monuments enough. If you're looking for a company that combines craftsmanship, attention to detail, and genuine compassion, they are it.

I wanted to make them special by getting them engraved with their names on each of the bracelets. I called Laser Mark's and I spoke to Jacob who let me know that the laser is flat and they may not be able to engrave a curved bracelet. However, he agreed to let me bring the bracelet cuffs into his shop so he could look at them to determine if it would be possible. He let me know that it may not work but he was willing to try engraving them. I told him that I was willing to risk it since the bracelets were inexpensive and I could purchase them again if it didn't turn out. I am so happy that I took the risk because the bracelets look so much better with the girls' names engraved on them and it makes the gifts more personal. Jacob took special care to put a black tape over the area on the bracelet that was to be engraved to test over the tape so I could see how the name would appear and give my approval before doing the actual engraving. It was a cool process and fun to participate in.
