I was very surprised to read the 1-star review especially since my experience was completely…read moreopposite. So I'm giving Sam and his dad 5 stars. First I found King of the Bay from Google. 4.7 stars 29 reviews I only checked Yelp as an afterthought I needed the embroidery on my daughter's college stole done in 2 weeks. I called a couple of places and they needed 2-3 weeks lead time. So I kept calling and KoTB was actually in my neighborhood (I try to support local businesses) Sam was very professional and answered all my questions and he could get it down in a week! So I went and Sam spent time with me to go over every detail and even gave suggestions based on previous orders. Sam got it done in 3 days! I was so happy with the outcome. The stole is beautiful. Let me tell yall, that sash is horrible! The threads of embroidery are not are coming loose and don't even look symmetrical. Also he font of her lettering are different sizes and crooked. To make things worst, my cousin texted the guy to let him know that the threads were coming apart and her lettering on her sash looks crooked. He literally responded in the most rudest way possible, no accountability or sympathy from this guy whatsoever. I have the screen shot of his text message and will be attaching it to this review. Long story short, shop around for your embroidery needs and go somewhere else.
