After cancelling the membership we received a flyer in the mail and an email saying we had about $50 in rewards to use. Neither the flyer nor the email had any precondition for using the $50 reward for a very large purchase we had already made. I drove 45 minutes to the store to use the reward and was told that because our membership lapsed, we could not use it. I showed the sales employee the email I received saying the reward was available and there was no expiration date or precondition to use its. He said to call customer service to help me. The person I spoke to in the phone was entirely unhelpful. She saw the email and literally admitted that the email did not inform me I had to be a member to use it but said there was absolutely nothing she could do. I said there was, she could simply honor the $50 reward I already earned. She told me only the store could do that and the store told me only customer service could do that. I wasted 2 hours of my day, valuable gas money, and was completely screwed over. Extremely disappointed.

All the sales clerks wore nautical outfits down to the deck shoes. They are friendly as a few greeted me yet at the same time, they weren't hovering, which I appreciated. I saw some polo shirts that came in an amazing selection of different colors. Plus, they had half-length sleeves which I like to see in a summer shirt. They were nice looking and very well made. As for the price...well...not so nice at $69.50 each. But still, one should always keep in mind that when shopping at the Tysons Galleria, nothing is really reasonably priced. After browsing, I decided to walk around and do some window shopping. I came across a store on the top floor that had a nice looking casual top. So, I went in to investigate and discovered that the top in question was $217 (!) Suddenly, those polo shirts at Vineyard Vines started to look really, really good! So...I made my way back there, this time with my husband in tow. I grabbed some shirts, each in a different size and tried them on. Each fitting room has a different name. The one I went into was named "skip jack tuna". Both shirts were way too big so I tried the next smallest size. The sizes run really big here so it made my day to fit into a smaller than usual size LOL! I decided to give in and buy a top. However, my husband was urging me to buy 2 of them. So, who was I to argue? I found another one in a different color. I guess he figured that since he just bought some clothes at Macy's (Macy's is the cheap store at the Galleria) that I might as well buy some, too. A sales clerk approached as I was choosing the second top and once I made my choice, she took me over the cash register and rang me up. I washed the shirts when I got home and they held up very well plus the care instructions were not complicated---always a plus! Each shirt had their logo, which is a whale, on it. It's a nice store with friendly staff. I don't go clothes shopping too much so I don't know if I will be back due to the fact that it isn't exactly inexpensive. It was not busy at all -- there was barely anyone in the store -- and we were told no one had found anything. We then went to security and were told to wait. When we returned to Levi's, a different employee suddenly asked, "Does it look rectangular shaped?" We had not described it at all. When we said yes, the employee responded, "I'll keep an eye out." That response made no sense -- how would they know what it looked like without us describing it? To make matters worse, they would not pull up the security footage when we asked. The whole situation felt dishonest and shady. The inconsistent answers, lack of urgency, and refusal to review cameras were extremely concerning. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling like the cash inside was likely taken. Very upsetting and not the level of integrity you would expect from a retail store.

Many places are or have followed suit. Still from what I have seen this lines are long and merchandise is going fast. Yes, you can buy the mannequin and do what Eminem did in his song 3AM. Catch lyrics too. I do see some clothing that might look good on other people, it's not my style. What is more important is that I am seeing people going...almost going back to the way things were before the Coronavirus Pandemic. I think people are washing their hands more now. I am glad i got to see this place before it closed.

This outlet is great because they offer the same styles and just as much variety as any TR store i've ever visited. I was really surprised at the selection of denim, jackets, sweatshirts, caps, and tee shirts available. Jean prices (at least for women) ranged from $129 to nearly $200, but anyone familiar with the brand knows that that's a great buy. They had a plethora of difference washes and styles so finding a pair you like wouldn't be much of an issue. I found a long-sleeve tee for $14 that I had purchased for $60 in a different color just a few months earlier. I also got a denim jacket with a built-in hoodie for $150 (originally $300+)! The prices are certainly fair for the brand. Customer service was decent but not the best. The girl that let me into the dressing room was nice, but the guy at the register was kinda obnoxious, but that's not too big of a deal. Luckily, I went on a rainy day which must have deterred a lot of people from shopping at the outdoor outlets, so I was one of only a few people in the store which was nice. I don't know how the selection is on holiday's or peak shopping days. I'd imagine it would be very busy, but my first visit to the store was nothing short of impressive. I'll certainly go back soon to get some jeans. If you're in the Leesburg area and you like True Religion, then stop by. You won't walk out empty-handed.
