He quickly replaced the bad capacitor and patiently tested everything to make sure the fix was solid. He also went back to inspect the unit I had originally thought was the problem and confirmed it was working properly. I really appreciated his professionalism and impressive technical expertise. Will and his team are true HVAC experts, with many years of experience working in climates even colder and more demanding than Texas. BTW - the company no longer works with home warranty companies for a good reason - I had actually called mine last Wednesday before I reached to Airmatics; It took them 2 days to dispatch a vendor, who was unable to schedule a technician to come out until next Thursday...In contrast, Airmatics was very responsive - performing same-day repair on a Saturday.

To Rescue Air's credit, they had been warning us each time they came out for HVAC Filter rotations. Thankfully, Rescue Air's ace plumbing expert Mr. Phillip Blystone was dispatched to my home to assess the situation. Within minutes he identified the issue and immediately started to work out a plan and arrangement my family could manage to cover the expense of the Water Heater replacement: the source of the leaking problem. Rescue Air has a very long history of working with my family since we've been in this home (2016), so that level of service is a given these days. But that's not the complete reason for the 5-Star rating. The next day, now with a working heater, my wife and I discovered that a leak was still present in the Garage. Upon calling Rescue Air to let them know what was going on, Mr. Blystone responded swiftly to our location to triage the leak. Using both his advanced equipment and intuition, he found that in spite of the solid repair and replace he and his team performed of the water heater, a leak was sadly missed during the initial assessment. Most other business would likely have tacked on a "not-our-problem" sort of response to this. However, Mr. Blystone and by extension Rescue Air are not your normal type of company. With careful consideration of the economic circumstance of the recent repair & purchase, balancing years of customer loyalty and being a genuinely saint, Mr. Blystone proceeded to isolate and resolve the leak (a small puncture hole in the T-pipe hot-water line leading from the heater) pro-gratis. Completely unexpected, but definitely much appreciated! It goes without saying it would be extremely foolish for my family to consider doing business with anyone else in the Dallas Metro given Rescue Air's track record with our family. The value lost would be far too great. While I hope to not need their services as often as recently, I definitely look forward to working with them and Mr. Blystone should the need arise again.

They claimed safety issues, pushed contracts in front of me, and scheduled installation for the next day. I tried to cancel but was told I was locked in. I ended up spending around $30,000. After the installation, every maintenance visit came with aggressive attempts to sell me more services I did not need. Then the new system failed in 106 degree heat. The compressor failed at only 16 months old. Communication was poor, and I was left without AC for about seven days. I had to repeatedly chase them for updates. They did not have the part, did not follow up, and someone finally arrived at 10:30 PM after days of waiting. They gave me a two year complimentary membership as compensation. I assumed the membership would end after the two free years. My card on file had expired, yet in May and June 2026 the company suddenly began charging me again. This suggests someone manually updated my card information without my permission. I never authorized a renewal, never received a renewal notice, and never received invoices for any charges. They refunded the charges I caught, but then claimed I owed $95.80 for four months of fees that were never billed and never agreed to. I asked for written confirmation of a zero balance and never received a direct response. They only responded to the BBB and stated the account was at zero. Based on my experience with both service and billing, I strongly recommend being cautious before using this company.

Dylan is very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant, relaxed personality. There was no sales pitch and no pressure whatsoever. After deciding what model (number of tons and SEER rating) would be best for my home, we ordered my new Trane HVAC system. Several days later, it was professionally installed by Justin's remarkable installation team. It should be noted that Justin and/or Dylan were present during the entire installation process. I am convinced that buying high quality equipment from a reputable company is important, but their ability to install it perfectly is MOST important. They also installed two (2) new air intake vents in my ceiling in different parts of the home to maximize my new system's efficiency. My home now heats and cools beautifully. They worked with us and provided several different financing options a great winter buyback program of the old unit and we're able to get us scheduled within three days of selecting them. They respond back that they won't have the part until the 13th. So...the two texts you sent that said you'd be here on the 11th were BS? And you waited for me to ask before you told me? This isn't a normal winter. Nothing is normal these days. It's ridiculous to need AC in February, but here we are. I don't have confidence this will be fixed before the weekend. I will gladly update my review if Stellar can prove to come through with a fix and, for once so far in our interactions, deliver true to what they told me. Right now, I'm dubious!
