Strawberry banana rendezvous with huge chunks of strawberries (not what I expected)

I am a huge fan of this ice cream chain and their awesome creations. I can never get enough of their chocolate devotion. We regularly visited the store in Burlington, MA which was consistently great with their service . But after we moved over to westborough ,we started visiting the southborough branch and were rather disappointed with the service. Most of the time we encounter trainees taking up our order and messing with it since they are new. This happened thrice in the 4 times we visited. I believe there should be someone to supervise/guide them, especially when taking up the orders of real customers.

SO CREAMY!!! I had a sudden craving of cold stone after watching some tiktoks and it must have been god's plan to have sent me here I haven't had ice cream this rich & creamy in awhile! I had the cookie butter ice cream while my friend had the cake batter remix. I thought mine was extra creamy because I got a butter based ice cream but my friend also went on to talk about how creamy his ice cream was. They mixed my toppings nicely with the cream and even gave me a little extra on top. My only complaint is the size proportion. I got a regular (love it) size but this is considered a small size at many local ice cream places around the Massachusetts area. I will definitely be back here to devour more cream. There is a nice seating arrangement outside of the place socially distanced from each other so no need to worry about covid! There are so many options on the menu I can't wait to go back and try.

I've always enjoyed visiting Cold Stone, however, they have moved so far away that I barely ever actually get the chance to stop in! This specific Cold Stone is in such an odd location, on Route 9 in Southborough in a small shopping plaza in the middle of nowhere. This seems like one of the locations that should have went out of business (or moved to Framingham or Natick, where all of the action is), but no, it's still here and alive and kicking. While it's pretty far from my house, it's not far enough to never visit. The ice cream at Cold Stone is something that is unable to be copied by other parlor's for some unclear reason, plus, the other Cold Stone that isn't so far from my home, in Mansfield, is horrible. This one is much better. Anyway, this Cold Stone is rather small, but still has enough space to provide all the normal ice cream options, toppings, and a few tables here and there. Ice cream cakes are available as well. Staff are friendly, kind, and efficient. I stopped in on a Saturday and there were only two other customers inside. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Even though Cold Stone is more expensive than most other ice cream places, they fill the cups to the brim (it's actually difficult to open them as they put a lid on), and with such flavorful options, it's a no brainer to stop in at least sometimes (especially if you live close by). The inside of this place seemed clean and well maintained as well. Just reminds me so much of how I miss the former Cold Stone in my small town from years and years ago. Last suggestion: if you are unsure where this place is, make sure to use a GPS or something else.... it's visible from the road if you look really carefully, but I wouldn't be surprised if tons and tons of people missed it every day... 5 stars for the Southborough Cold Stone.

Love it here on a hot day. They talk fast but are very nice and courteous. Definitely would recommend this place for a family outing.

Bustling with customers and staff pushing out various types of delicious breads, some pastry/desserts, and their pan style pizza. I have had the pizza a few times. It's not your typical slice of pizza but very delish - nice and cheesy and light on the sauce. It comes cold and is rectangular shaped (made on a baking sheet pan). I think some people eat it cold?? but I heat it up briefly in the air fryer /toaster oven. I have only had cheese but it does seem like they have toppings. You can get a few slices or a sheet. I have gotten a few breads too and they are always great! Super fresh and great ingredients - guilt free! The slider buns are really good - cute slider size. They heat really easily (I keep them in freezer) and take no time.... Has a nice crunch but softness too. Will definitely be grabbing some other breads to try next time I'm in the area!

Who doesn't love a cupcake!…read more Maine Girl Cupcakes opened a very small storefront shop in Natick Center offering 100 signature cupcakes and custom made cakes by special order. Also, they have a limited amount of cupcakes for walk-in customers with around 12 kinds of cupcakes on hand, so they are open until they sell out on the weekend. The pricing (in 2022) for each signature cupcake is $5.50 each, $20 for 4, $27 for 6 and $48 for 12. I stopped by Maine Girl Cupcakes at opening time and there was a line crammed into the very small shop. I picked out 6 cupcakes to enjoy back at my home which is halfway to Maine, lol. I got: Orono Oreo (cookies-n-creme cupcake, cookies-n-creme buttercream, cookies-n-creme candy bar, chocolate covered Oreo) Camper (chocolate cupcake, marshmallow buttercream, graham cracker crumbs, chocolate drizzle, marshmallows ganache, miniature chocolate bar) Cozy Cocoa (chocolate cupcake, hot cocoa buttercream, chocolate ganache drizzle, marshmallow bits) Southern Belle (red velvet cupcake, cream cheese buttercream) Best Friend's Friend (chocolate cupcake with vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache drizzle, chocolate sprinkles) PB Party (chocolate cupcake with peanut butter buttercream, chocolate ganache drizzle, & mini PB cup). The texture of each cupcake was very moist and dense and buttercream frostings and toppings were sweet, but not too sweet. Just on the overwhelming demand for cupcakes, another customer suggested a bigger shop is definitely needed. Maine Girl Cupcakes are definitely wildly popular here in Metrowest!

A first-rate professional. My mom is a retired university professor, and also a dealer of rare books. Milly created a cake with two extremely realistic books as its base. If you looked at the edges, you could even see the appearance of individual pages! Gold decorated the bindings, which had the appearance of rich leather. We told Milly that mom had hand-made several quilts. Milly requested some photos, and then created a faithful miniature replica of a quilt mom had made for my brother, draping this decorative element artfully over the books. As a final touch, the writing on the cake was presented on a replica of an old-fashioned library book withdrawal sheet! AND everything was not only edible, but mouthwateringly delicious. This was not just an "all show" cake! It looked AND tasted superb, and everyone raved. Some guests even asked me for Milly's contact info... that's how impressive this cake was.
